He is a great back,would have liked to have seen what he could have done last year lined up in the I-formation,might have won it all!

It's always fun to watch Newton and C-C,no jacking around ,both teams are going to line up and run at each other and game over in 1 hour and 45 minutes,shake hands and get on the bus,just good old fashion football by 2 succesful programs.

Agree,just sometimes you were not rewarded for it!

Now you win DC you play a second place team,in the past with big school,little school,you could win DC and play a District Campion in the first round!

At least now the District Championship means something!

Very few times does the chance to win a State Championship come along ,when it does you better take advantage,Kirbyville had very talented teams the past two years and let it slip by.Will be very tough to get back and have a chance in 3a,not impossible but can't see them having more talented teams than the past two!
