Whatever the reason, this is not good for BH, but you have to do what is in the best interest of the kids, so I'm sure this was done.  If this is true, good luck to him.  I'm sure we will be reading about this kid as he moves on to the next level. 

  I have heard rumor, if it is true which I don't see it happening.  I heard it was acedemic reasons.  That would be a blow to BH in the future, I think Thompson can go in and do a great for the next three years, it just cuts the depth  and I do not know who would catch when Thompson pitches, and Beasly is a great behind the plate, so lets hope that will not happen.

The two i look to be a impact as of now would be Mcdonald and Mitchell.  They are the seniors and have to step up, but I believe Leggett and Thompson got a little varsity pitching in last year.  The pitching a couple of weeks ago looked a little rusty, and for some that play for the select teams they did not look anymore impressive than the ones who don't, but nobody has true varsity experience in pitching, so the truth is we do not have a clue on how our pitching will be, and anything good or bad is a guess. I believe we have some athletes and by the time the second round of district roles around, our pitching will have gone through its growing pains and will be one of the better pitching staffs in the district. Hopefully by then Coach will have team in the positions they need to be in, to help support our pitchers.

  Who are going to be the hitters or have the sticks this year ? Lyday had a monster HR and so did Mitchell a couple of weeks ago. McDonald, Bonnin and Thompson hit the ball really well. There did seem to be a few holes that need to be filled in the batting order, but the season is just getting started and everyone is a little rusty.  Lyday is the only proven hitter at varsity level on the team, so it will be interesting to see who else steps up. Any thoughts on how we may hit this year ?
