These Eagles can have some success that Woodville has not seen in quite some years.

True both teams look about evenly matched but I don't think Anahuac is ready for the level of play that Woodville has shown over the past month or 2. Should be a good one but I see the Eagles gettin the win.

Better defenses will hopefully only push Fred to work harder and perform better. Cant wait to see his senior season! Should be a great one!

Good for Centerville but they are not ready for Woodville after they take care of Anahuac tomorrow night! Woodville can take it to Tyler this year.

After the running of the bulls Hardin let go on Woodville I thought they were going all the way... Guess I was wrong.

But Ponder did win state last year not so sure they will be so allowing of a team with a fake name to beat them.

I think with Sells (facemask guy) so good at attackin the basket any team will have a problem defending his quickness and ability to finish. He is gonna hurt people in the playoffs as well as 23 offensively and the defense of 3.

Have you heard the name Sells from Woodville? Great point guard who plays with tremendous hustle. He will be back next year.

NW in OT and makes for an instant high school classic.

Look Buna is good but I think Fentress will have Woodville ready and same with Barbay in Anahuac. EC just will have too much talent. Sorry Buna but your not in the running.

I have seen these Eagles play numerous times this year and looked at the bracket. After my research I think they can make it to Regionals and maybe sneak up on Kountze or NW. Who can tell me that either of these teams are going to be worried bout bein beat after they play each other? They will be nearly asleep and an explosive team like Woodville could take advantage of that.

They should go deep into the playoffs again and this time can beat Dangerfield. The RBs are great and ready!

Newton will once again reload an be back in control of the district and leave EC, Anahuac, and Woodville to fight for 2nd. I think EC takes 2nd under Hank Jones and friends while Anahuac wins 3rd with there athleticism. Although Woodville had a great season they are losing the entire O line and a spectacular athlete at QB. But they still have to play the games.

The Woodville girls had an [u]off night [/u] and after winning [b]every[/b] game you would expect it. I agree that losing at another time in the season would have had these girls still playing. Too bad Hardin didn't go on and finish the trip.

I feel if Woodville comes out strong this could be a long night for Anahuac. Woodville could take this by 15. Good luck to both!
