1. Coldspring runs the wing t and they have 2 really good backs I say coldspring 56 to 21
2. Liberty 7 Coldspring 29 at the end of the half, the panthers d looking a little better and cs making a lot of mistakes but the panthers just can't execute
3. Scratch that the Liberty Freshmen lost to Cleveland 22-16 so they are 7-2
4. Liberty JV 14 Cleveland Jv 8 Liberty Freshmen 22 Cleveland Freshmen 16 That puts the Panther JV at 7-2 and they Freshmen 7-2 The JV lost to Huffman and Splendora The Freshmen lost to Porter and Cleveland The JV and Freshmen have combined for the win against Hardin, Huntington, and Shepherd, and have not lost a game when combined.
5. Both offenses are very good CS at running and Huffman in the air but on the defensive side of they ball Coldspring is way better, I say Coldspring in a low scoring game...for Huffman  ;) 35-14 Coldspring, I can see Huffman's offense scoring some so maybe a little more but overall Coldspring has more speed, strength, and athleticism so if it does turn into a shootout Coldspring will win.
6. I believe last year Coldspring beat WOS and Cleveland beat Bridge City thats 2 team from 22-3a that advanced and 2 teams from 21-3a that went home so don't make WOS something their not, yes they are very good and better then Liberty but thats a single team not the whole district. And as for the Luke has spoken guy im just going to leave it alone and let the players play it was obvious that your post were leaning towards Splendora even though you made no prediction but its cool.
7. Congratulations to Liberty in their performance against Splendora. They are obviously  showing some improvement. Liberty is coming off of 3 wins in a row and they know this is a very important game so im going with the Panthers. Hey Luke from the Splendora v.s Liberty thread who kept bringing up the BCS stuff and adding the dumb " Luke has spoken" at the end, you want to join in on this thread and dog Liberty's offense because I believe you said they weren't any good because they played Shepherd and Tarkington so those stats didn't mean anything. The Panthers hung 49 points on Splendora and basically scored at will, so Luke do you have anything else to say about this "garbage" offense?
8. I haven't had the chance to see Coldsprings this year but i think EVERYONE has heard about them. Ill go with Coldspring by 3 or 4 td's because im sure when they get up they're going to want to rest their players for the playoffs.
9. IMO Coach Deel is doing his job the best he can with the players he has. At the end of the night on Friday its which team was the most talented and played hardest, yes coaching is a factor but to say the only way Liberty can win is if Deel is gone, is an outrageous statement.
10. Yeah I have noticed their fans doing that on here but i there's nothing wrong with being confidant about your team just don't put another tean down just by looking at their wins and losses
11. Coldspring has and will beat everybody in the district by alot, i never said Liberty would beat Coldspring they dont have to to get in the playoffs if they win there next 2 but you guys are going by this non-district record because if you watch this offense or even look at the stats compared to other teams in the district you would see there not as week as you think.
12.
OT w/a 0-7 team I hardly think Libadee could pull it off making the playoffs ::) 8)
Judging a season on one game?
13. Nevermind it was Splendora starting the National Anthem and moment of silence before Huffman arrived and Huffman wasn't late Spledora started early.
14. Yeah i heard something about them being late or something?
15. The Panthers are now 2-1 in district play and in 3rd place. To stay in the playoff run they have to win there next 2 against Splendora and then Cleveland. Think they can do it? Oh and the Panther J.V is also 2-1 in district and 6-1 overall ;)
16. Yeah i wasn't considering them a SETX team either and I'm talking about last season too Ford rushed for 2000+  yards but idk about the Wright guy.
17. Yes, the game is in Liberty
18. As far as the statistics go I would say Ford from K-ville but out of the running backs that I have seen play I would say Darrin "Bucket" Edwards from Liberty. He leads 22-3A in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. He doesn't have very much break-away spead but he is really quick in and out of his cuts and has great ball carrier vision. He runs hard and is always going forward, and on top of the that he is amazingly strong for his size and breaks more tackles then you would except from a running back who is roughly 5"4 maybe shorter and doesn't weigh much.
19. Being that Splendora is 2nd to last in district 22-3a in rushing offense and passing offense, and Liberty is 2nd in rushing offense and passing offense im going with the Panthers. Yes, Liberty's deffense struggled in the preseason but only allowed 16 points against Sheppherd who is a running football team and averages 80 more yards a game on the ground then Splendora according to Chron.com , so with the obvious advantage Liberty has on the offensive side of the ball and the way their defense has played against Tarkington and Sheppherd (both rushing teams) im going with Liberty.
20. 21-0 Panthers up at the half

21. 21-0 Liberty...6 minutes left in 2nd Tarkington ball
22. Who do you think will win, and by how much? My prediction Liberty 42 Tarkington 24
23. hmm i heard the j.v lost to Kashmere?
24. Does anyone know the record of the j.v team and any scores? i know they played H.J , Kashmere, Kingwood park, who was the 4th team
