Txhoops- Am I wrong about this- Many of the actions taken by former Law Professor, while President of the United States were also in violation of the constitution. I've heard that and can't prove it but unless you state that it, unequivocally never happened, I will do a little more research with some help from some of those in your profession. Clinton enacted Small Business Job Protection Act of 1996 which reduced taxes for many small business. But you have made that statement so many many times, that you seemingly now accept it as a fact and that is where some become more than aggravated with you. ( Big Cam- this is a classic reason I take Tobie with several grains of salt) You look a little foolish declaring what "you guys believe" based on exchanges on a board.

Tobie, the topics talked about the most are the topics brought up by the media the most. Before you run to google to get the answer, I can tell you that you have talked in great volumes about Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown and never said a word about Kate Steinle. That's because you don't know about her and that is most probably because while the media talked volumes and volumes and volumes about Brown/Martin, it had very little to say about Steinle and it doesn't require much thought to understand that the media was playing politics.
