Are you another one of those who is promoting the idea that police are stalking unarmed black men and killing them at an alarming rate? I think the number of killings of unarmed and innocent black men by police is extremely small. Do please show me the error in my thinking.

What makes Mr. Pence an idiot? And if I had called Mr. Obama an idiot, would you have cried "racism" or that I lack tolerance and mutual respect?

NIce evasive technique. You are the one screaming and crying about rampant police killings of innocent unarmed black men. I am suggesting they are few and far between. Prove me wrong. And, by the way, you are simply teaching your son that police are bad and Colin Kaepernick is good. -
I dont believe identifying your "selective outrage" has anything to do with excuses.
-
Tobie, you express considerable concern about Mr. Trumps conduct with women. Since that is obviously so important to you, please give us your viewpoint on Bill/Monica and about the multitudes of women who visited JFK in the White House for something more than a White House viewing.

The discussion is NOT "ifs". You and Mr, Kaepernick are protesting something that is pretty darn rare but you can't/won't admit that. You have stated essentially that innocent unarmed black men are being killed at an alarming rate by police officers. My contention is that it is a fairly infrequent occurance. Please prove me wrong. By "prove", I mean something centered around facts. -
Tobie- You probably can't grasp this but that would be known as "selective outrage". And it certainly is no surprise.
-
Interesting- Now you believe you "know" what someone else, including the President, thinks.
-
Your omniscience is underwhelming.

Tobie, just let me know how many people were shot and killed in this country by police. After you have done that, tell me what percentage of them were unarmed blacks. -
It's a shame that you dont seem to give a damn about the Chicago shootings either.
-
Big Girl- why do all of the shooting deaths in Chicago not concern you?

One more question about those NFL players who are suddenly showing a "social conscience". Don't you wonder why not one of them EVER protested domestic violence, child abuse, animal abuse, or rape? -
Never heard him congratulate Mitt Romney
-
No big deal, 19000 of those were simply "grab em"
-
And you solution is?
-
Wasn't it President Obama who said "my children are off limits" and you roared with approval?
-
Sixburg- if you are as concerned as you say you are about fiscal responsibility by U.S government, why havent you ranted about the UNPRECEDENTED ten trillion increase in the national debt during the Obama administration?
-
Maybe you should change your name from Engelbert to TCB "The Cyber Bully" You must remember that lefties have no problem inflicting disrespect on anyone who disagrees with them. However, when the opposite takes place, they need their "safe space".

Lets get real honest here. I am pretty confident that the bulk of the "kneel" reflects an opposition to our current President. I would further guess that of all those kneeling, only a handful have the slightest idea what their action represents/means. -

Can't argue with anything you stated. It certainly is, from my perspective, logical. However, the timing of this act, also from my perspective, stinks to high heaven. -
Lets assume your suggestion is a valid one. So, now they allow all of the people they want into the California. I believe its mostly federal monies from which these folks benefit. If the state has the right you suggest, it would seem appropriate that the fed has the right to deny those monies to the state?

WASHINGTON—The Trump administration said Friday it is rolling back an Affordable Care Act requirement that employer-provided health benefits include contraception at no out-of-pocket cost, a move that will likely spark immediate litigation to preserve the Obama -era mandate. Federal health officials on Friday formalized a rule that would permit any employer with religious objections to birth control to omit coverage for contraception from their workers’ plans. There also will be a separate opt-out for nonprofit and some for-profit employers who raise moral, rather than religious, objections to the mandate, according to officials at the Health and Human Services Department. In practical terms, the Trump administration’s decision will allow employers to opt out of offering all or some contraceptive coverage, rather than using a “workaround” designed by the Obama administration in which insurance companies provided contraception directly to female workers if their employers had objected to it. Religiously affiliated employers had considered that move, which the Obama administration pitched as a compromise, to be insufficient, because it still used the insurance plans they sponsored as the vehicle for providing coverage. Women’s health advocates say the expanded exemption could put coverage of no-cost birth control at risk for hundreds of thousands of women.

That's not a problem for a goodly portion of the left because they honestly believe that the "cause" is so noble that whatever it takes to achieve the "cause" is justifiable.
