Perhaps he will say that. But if you commit a crime, you committed a crime and there is no justification for having done so.
-
And are you telling me that 14% or less are black?
-
And you have some special insight into that? Also please tell me what profession is without bad apples.
-
I disagree. The numbers that would interest me are not what percentage of population are black but rather the percentage of crimes committed by them.
-
What specific methods are you recommending for the screening of police candidates? What characteristics prove that they plan to , in the future, after they get there job, go and kill a black person?
-
Isnt it just AMAZING that nobody ever offers this as, at least, part of the solution.
-
UT Alum- your thoughts?
-
Can you name an occupation where that is not the case? What method does one use to predict who will be a problem in the future? I noticed that you did not respond to my question about the rapists name being on NFL helmets/jerseys According to statista, a report mechanism for law enforcement, the following shooting deaths by police are as follows: 2017 457 whites shot and killed by police officers 223 blacks shot and killed by police officers 2018 399 whites shot and killed by police officers 209 blacks shot and killed by police officers 2019 370 white shot and killed by police officers 235 blacks shot and killed by police officers

When some of us buys a ticket to see a professional sports activity, the intent for most of us is to be entertained and to enjoy a temporary respite from the day to day issues in the country. When I hire the plumber to come to my home or when I go to see my physician, the last thing I want is an exercise in anything but the plumbing or medical problem. Did you read the letter directly above your post? This is the same NFL that would NOT permit the Dallas Cowboys team to wear the name of murdered police officers on their helmets because it "might" be divisive. Do you honestly believe that all of this demonstration will alter the number of black people who wind up being shot by police? Can you imagine being raped and then seeing the rapists name on NFL players helmets/jerseys? ( I guess "justice" is to be applied very selectively)

As previously stated, if one wants to be offended, it is easily done. I have no idea whether Mr. Crenshaw originated it or heard it somewhere else. Either way, it carries a lot of weight with me.
-
Please do tell. Precisely, what is derogatory about saying the Chinese Virus? It's a matter of how one wants to interpret that and I cannot conceive of a circumstance where someone else is going to dictate my choice of words. I heard Dan Crenshaw say this and it is one of the better comments I have ever heard.- " Try not to offend, but try harder not to be offended" Just about any word or sentence can be "interpreted" as racist if one tries hard enough to interpret it that way. A good example is when someone says " all lives matter" certain people are "hurt" because they "feel" it undermines their message of black lives matter. Sorry, but they will just have to endure the pain.
-
Wait, I thought callling the virus the China Virus was also racist?

The football boycott is a fantastic note. I need to find a way to contact you and move this to facebook and other media outlets to get wide circulation. How can I contact you?

They were too busy with impeachment efforts. But, that is apparently "real leadership"
-
NO, the point is you "allege" that he stokes fear. You still fail to realize that you are one and only one voice. Vast multitudes disagree with you. You are suggesting that because of Trump the country was not prepared to take on the virus. Can you tell me why we were out of toilet paper and clorox wipes in early March?
-
Some find self delusion to be most rewarding. Nagin went to prison? Come on now, that was all Bush's fault. UT Alum, please employ your magic quantifier and tell us how many people who died in the New Orleans incident would not have died if Bush had been president. You know, as in what a "real leader" could have provided. Those numbers should be quite a bit easier than your Covid numbers which, no doubt, will gain high regard around the country.
-
Yes the truth will come out eventually. You have no earthly idea whatsoever and threw out some numbers thinking someone was stupid enough to give credence to them. Did I tell you that Trump actually won the popular vote by 350,000 votes? That info came from various sources and it was a conclusion drawn by me. Every bit as credible as your conclusion. But, please do tell. What sources did you use to come up with your figures? Was it from thinkprogress.org?
-
You still havent indicated how you quantified the result. Nobody else is able so wondering what makes you so special
-
Gee I didnt know it was so easy to quantify something like that. Lord knows all of the "scientific experts" havent been able to. What special insights do you have? I guess I will just go ahead and say there would have been no H1N1 deaths if we had had proper "leadership" in 2010.
-
Please produce your epidemiology and statistics credentials so I know you didnt just throw a number out there.
-
No, it was Trump who set the fires

-
UT Alum- Who would have provided the proper "leadership" and what would have been done that would saved a substantial amount of lives compared to what we have today? You have made lots of accusations- now its time to give a meaningful and truthful response to this question
-
So the deed was not good because you think it benefited him personally?
