stevenash replied to WOSgrad's topic in High School Boys Basketball
The 91 state champions averaged a little over 90 points per game. The 91-92 team that lost in the regional final averaged 109.4 pts per game all all the records Yates broke were held by the 91-92 Hj team( without a communications program) -

Varsity Final 110-57. WO suited 9 players but vast majority of players who will get meaningful time was not present. HJ missing 2 due to injury and 3 from football. -
Or, one certain poster is likely to somehow involve Hannity and the KKK while the other will utter RFLOMBO

Sounds like its time for you to organize some riots/looting. That will teach em.

I didn't realize that such complaints are considered hateful.

And a lot of those that died apparently voted after they departed during the Richard Daley years.

Trump wants to "dump the electoral college"
stevenash replied to Big girl's topic in Political Forum
She will respond after finding a liberal perspective on the Kennedy tax cuts that suggests they had nothing to do with the increase in revenues. Of course, the FACT remains that taxes went down and government revenues went up. Thinkprogress.org or the Huffington post cannot change that. I don't think she will EVER understand that a larger and more clumsy government trying to invoke central planning is counterproductive when it comes to having a vibrant economy. The last 8 years have shown that. GDP averages 3.5% to 4% in the average recovery from an economic downturn. This one is going to finish in the 1.75 to 2% range. -

I am in direct contact with economists all of the time. You are right, I am not an economist but I am a million miles closer to being one than you are. For your own edification, look back at what happened to government revenues when JFK cut taxes. -
PhatMack- You will now be officially viewed as a racist and xenophobe.( but, take heart, the electorate stated that those "labels" have lost most of their credibility)

I think they will tire quickly hearing about Hannity and the KKK.

And, of course, his predecessor only told the unvarnished truth when he campaigned. -

Lots of people inherit money, just like lots of people file bankruptcy. 1 million is very much a drop in the bucket compared to what his holdings are worth now. Bottom line is that he was smart enough and industrious enough to turn those funds into several billions. -
Please site 2 or 3 examples that make this site "hate filled".

If your life is not impacted, then this change in leadership should not bother you so much. You will likely have an increase in take home pay. As for cheating on a spouse- at least this one will not take place in the White House as it did in the late 90's.( Somehow that is different, right?) Isnt it interesting that the chief architect of Mr. Trumps campaign was a woman? Isn't it interesting that Mr. Trump employs thousands of women? You have been totally indoctrinated/manipulate by the media and are very comfortable with it.

The rules of the game were known well in advance and each side had the same opportunity to "play the game" under the VERY WELL KNOWN/LONG ESTABLISHED rules. The difference is that the media was doing its utmost to influence the outcome and failed miserably. They are now licking their wounds also and coming to the realization that they have lost tons of credibility. If you play a basketball game and lose by 2 points and find out that the other team made three 3 point shots while your team made none, it doesn't do much good to start crying that you would have won if they hadn't instituted the 3 point rule years ago.

Mr. Trump has essentially turned a small fortune into a huge one. You apparently also don't understand that there is work involved in accomplishing that. Solyndra might serve as an example of the small fortune disappearing completely. -
They also needed more than Florida to beat Clinton. Face it,you and your crowd were way over confident and it came back and bit you in the a$$. I remind you once more that you are so naïve that you are missing the GIGANTIC message that the electorate has sent to you by way of giving the Republicans control of the House, the Senate, the Presidency, not to mention a plurality in governorships and state legislatures. I'm sure you will counter with that all of these other elections were rigged as well You and your lefty crowd keep thinking that because it is PRECISELY what caused the results that you CANNOT deny.

You are right, it doesn't mean anything because you previously declared that if it was lawful, then it shouldn't be questioned, right?

And saving this post will make it all the more enjoyable.

I am going to save this post because I think the chances are good I may be reminding you about it before too long.

If the Pubs rigged Florida in 2000 and 2016, why didn't they do the same thing in 08 and 2012?
