  1. But it will be worth it Dove. More free stuff and more confiscation of those who have(but you believe don't deserve) Less emphasis on equal opportunity and more emphasis on equal outcomes. Be patient Dove. The day will arrive where the efficient and benevolent government will run all businesses and disperse all incomes for "the common good". Viva Venezuela!!!!!!
  2. You are right Tobie- Hillary is a saint- Hillary has never done anything wrong- Funny that you insist that as long as she is not convicted, she has done nothing wrong but you don't feel the same way about Dick Cheney or Darren Wilson. Why is that?
  3. And who gets to decide when and who uses it for hatred and who does not? I guess that means that Donald Trumps comment about grabbing women was for stupidity as well.
  4. 35% ? Wasn't that about the same as what was accorded the Cavs just before they faced Golden State in the finals?
  5. Have heard him mentioned on this board multiple times regarding his track record in predicting Presidential race outcomes. I had been led to believe that he was firmly convinced that this election belonged to Mrs. Clinton. Just watched him on Good Morning America and he sounded anything but certain on the outcome of this race.
  6. You are not allowed to say that to the post volume police.
  7. Because he has a new identity with only a few posts and that, somehow makes him superior to those who have posted frequently over a very long time.
  8. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
  9. Do you want a limit on how many posts a person is permitted to make? Can't run for office- don't lie well enough
  10. Board posting frequency has little to do with values and how they are communicated.
  11. It is apparent to me that his data or the manner in which he "quantifies" his data has changed significantly recently.
  12. What has caused Mr. Silver to alter his prediction? Surely he and you not dare to admit that Mrs. Clinton has an "ever so slightly" flawed character? Isn't it Trump who is the bad guy and Mrs. Clinton is as pure as the wind driven snow and all of this controversy is simply a continuation of that infamous "vast right wing conspiracy"?
  13. Newtobie- I haven't looked up your contention about the Kentucky town being the food stamp capital of the world but am going to do two things: 1. I am going to accept your contention about that town as being accurate 2. Furthermore, I am going to suggest to you that the financial condition of that town is fully attributable to our current President essentially putting coal miners out of business.
  14. I agree. However, the label will be conferred after the fact rather than before.
  15. Try switching to the non HD version of the station and let me know if that works
  16. The left looks upon this as "enlightenment" and feel they consequently more deeply understand the true meaning of life.
  17. Half of your prediction is already accurate. We only have to wait 4 more seasons to see if the other half is correct. If it is, I will label you as the ultimate local basketball guru.
  18. 2005- Adam Morrison #3 pick in NBA draft 2007- Greg Oden #1 Pick in NBA draft 2009- Hasheem Thabeet #2 Pick in NBA draft 2013- Anthony Bennet #1 Pick 2013 draft If my memory serves me correctly, the "ridicule" you experienced was me and several others saying it was very difficult if not impossible to predict 5 or 6 contiguous seasons of undefeated play in a district when so many other variables (besides the play of one or two people) can have an effect on a team. These things come in waves and this wave certainly has Silsbee at a big advantage. But there was a time when the girls at Silsbee seemed unbeatable and had a future with no holes in it. Those times changed.
  19. NOBODY EVER said that blacks were the only ones on welfare. You simply elected to interpret it that way. It doesn't really matter who the recipient of the free stuff is. There is too much of it and giving even more makes things unsustainable. If my household is spending more than I make, I have a choice to make. I can let that continue until I no longer can pay my bills and file bankruptcy. The other alternative is to pay attention, and try to take some preventative measures that will allow me and my family to live a normal life. If that means sacrificing some things that we want, then so be it. That sacrifice is much cheaper than the inevitable bankruptcy just around the corner. From my viewpoint, keeping my family solvent and out of financial trouble is far more "compassionate" than simply giving them everything until the point arrives where I can give them nothing.
  20. Why do you wonder who Sheldon Adelson supports? I wonder who Beyoncé supports?
