You can call BS if you wish. It happened PRECISELY that way. Of course, it was not done publicly but on the QT between the men in charge and my relative. From my viewpoint, it was done as a type of courtesy, telling the coach not to get his hopes up because the chances were non existent. My spouse taught school for many many years and there are a number of educators in my immediate family. Furthermore, I personally know one of those who conveyed said "courtesy".

Are you saying that all of the facts did not come out in other notable incidents? Or are you saying that what was presented in the other incidents were not facts? The Fed DOJ did its best to gain convictions in both Baltimore and Ferguson but couldn't come up with enough "facts" to make it happen. We all know that the DOJ and the Attorney General are more than sympathetic to the "cause" and still could not get the job done. If the fox was investigating the robbery of the henhouse, exactly who should have replaced the fox in the investigation?

I think Da Dove is referring to the third verse, with which very few people are familiar since that portion is not usually played/sung. It is a matter of interpretation and not everyone views it as disrespectful to blacks. However, if one looks hard enough, one can be "offended" by most anything.
