The City of Detroit filed bankruptcy in 2013 because it was approximately 20 billion in debt. When it exited bankruptcy, it was expected that the creditors and/or insurers were going to lose around $7 billion. Detroit has been run( should be run down) by the left for a very long time. I pray that some of you will wake up some day and understand that there is a cost to all of this "compassion", "caring", "tolerance" yada yada yada.
