  1. Careful Lazeek- you might get branded as someone who thinks that "almighty HJ is like a God"
  2. Good point. Everyone knows that HJ has full control of the referees and what calls they decide to make.
  3. I have to respectfully disagree there. An aggressive man to man that includes a number of players fresh from football, is considerably more foul prone than a fairly polished zone defense played by kids who have played together for a very long time. I understand your curiosity, though. Similar to mine when D.C. played an entire game against HJ and never had a foul called on him.
  4. Fouls had little to nothing to do with the outcome. WO substituted lots of players and did so frequently.
  5. They have probably seen a video that they didn't like or its because of global warming.
  6. Perception is often a strange thing. First, if it is in the eyes of only a few, it is a mistake to declare it a general perception. But then again, there are a lot more than a few who "perceive" Hillary Clinton as an honest politician.
  7. Does Bridgeport, in the eye of its fans, have a "God like" program?
  8. Would it include an in depth analysis of quality communications programs?
  9. Dove, in the meantime, write a book about it. Could make you one of those evil fat cats.
  10. I probably wont be able to convince the HJ coach that HJ played well last night
  11. How many of the Republican candidates lied to the parents of those who died at Benghazi and did so willfully and intentionally?
  12. HJ had a 15 to 20 point lead for the majority of the game. In the last 3 or 4 minutes, the unit on the floor turned it over several times and Buna made several three pointers.
  13. As you said, you are the ONE who stated it. When you speak of "the program" who is it and what has been said or demonstrated that creates your stated perception?
  14. Then the suggestion that the HJ Program and its fans consider the program to be "god like" is actually just your opinion?
  15. Your words " Gods are always favored" seemed to be a comment about the players. But I will accept your contention. I know that you are smarter than to just throw out unsubstantiated words/accusations. Therefore, I would be interested in knowing what analysis/observation methods you may have accessed in order to validate your statement. I sure hope you didn't hear anyone from HJ prognosticate a number of consecutive undefeated district championships with a state championship or two thrown in. Because if you did, I would be forced to agree with you.
  16. Favorites according to whom? Those fans of which you spoke?
  17. If I am understanding you correctly, then, one does not need a good coach or good players to succeed. All they need is a group of fans that view their program and their teams as "basketball gods"?
  18. Its not very often that the #1 team in the state is an underdog to an unranked team in its district.
  19. Perhaps- but think how much more" compassionate" and "tolerant" that our society is.
