Yes not sure,and I assume you aren't either or you wouldn't have asked the question. It is my understanding that, in times of war, there are different rules/laws that apply and I am going to venture to guess that a lot of rules/laws are broken in war.

This is really great news.  Everyone knows that private business is not very efficient and that, with the help and oversight of an efficient federal government, things will be better for all concerned

You may not have 6 hours, but the grand jury did and took considerably more time to make its judgement.  If one doesnt think the grand jury decision is accurate, one would need to read the documents in their entirety in order to objectively make his/her own evaluation.
