It's good to know that a state still has some input on such issues.  Doesnt seem to be that way for states like Arizona when it comes to law enforcement and immigration issues.

I have an acquaintance who is a school teacher in the Golden Triangle.  That teacher earns about $40,000 per year.  That is about as middle class as you can get.  The Presidents promise was how he was going to protect and fight for the middle class because of their "plight".  This individual annual premium for the teacher and two dependents is in excess of $20,000.  Big Girl, go ahead and convince me why this is fair and what has Obama done for that middle class about whom he cares so much.

Educated, employed, and payin for their own way before 26? That's a foreign concept to many. They believe it takes the government to get that accomplished and that the rich should pay for it.

I know this about the ACA. Mr. Obama said that the health care premium for the average American family would decline by $2500 Another intentional misrepresentation for the sake of "selling" it.

I would suggest that you not try to condescend to me as you have no basis to do so. The typical left response, when nothing else works, is to suggest to someone that they are not smart enough or worthy enough to talk with you.  I think last Tuesday night proved that this tactic, plus a couple of other disparaging tactics no longer work. What he said was NOT a gaffe, it was an intentional misrepresenatation of the facts so as to sway the perception of the public on it.  Why dont you ask MIT economist, Jonathan Gruber who helped write Obamacare?  His precise words were: "Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage"   In case you dont understand, that is a euphemism for lying. 

Speaking of jokes, I generated a considerable amount of laughter when i was told " If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it".  But there were enough swooners, kool aiders, and robots willing to accept that ridiculous assertion that the laughter wasnt heard.

We also know that in order for the government to give something to someone, they have to take away something from someone else.  We  know that there are a sufficient number of these give/take programs in place before Obamacare.  You are going to tell us when we are wrong?  What makes you an authority on it?  Because you are a nurse?  Dr. Ben Carson is more of an authority on it than you are so perhaps we should ask him when we are wrong.

And I commend him for not saying he had been to all 57 states.

Yes he absolutely, unequivocally can influence the beliefs of people with his actions. Additionally, he controlled quite a lot of it with the infamous " If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep it". That was a complete and intentional lie intended to help sway the public to support it. You know that and so do I.

And what is it that you read in the article that is untrue?

You might want to give actual numbers instead of just throwing one out. The actual numbers of enrollees for 2014 was 7.1 million. Today, they lowered their projections or the coming year. Hmmmm- I wonder why they didn't give that projection last week? Oh well, it didn't work anyway.

And what did Hillary do ( other than being a Democrat) that made you choose her? If you try to tell me she is smarter than Condi, I believe you are going to look pretty silly.

The problem here, Big Girl is that Mr. Obama is the leader of the free world, and according to you, the smartest man in the world. If he is so smart, why cant he conduct himself in a manner that lessens the likelihood of people branding/perceving him a Muslim, A Communist, or a golfer. He can control all of that and has done a very poor job of doing so, regardless of "what's in his heart". And please don't pull out the old default card that it is because of his skin color.

Who has been the more effective Secretary of State- Hillary Clinton or Condoleeza Rice?

Do you get tired of the same old talking points? How about these- You are a racist. You are a sexist. You are a homophobe. You are an Islamaphobe. I am for the middle class. I will build a 21st century VA. The Washington Redskins need to change their name. I am outraged about the IRS situation and will investigate it. Is that enough to convey my point or would you like more?
