    Ebola!!

Westend, you might want to compare the number of Govt Depts that are efficient/productive with the number of Govt Depts that are NOT efficient/productive before you spew the personal insults
  2. Its equally ignorant to believe that he can do no wrong and that he is the smartest man in the world
  3. I believe the beating starts again when new revelations are made
  4. Agree- but to escape an admission of being wrong, Big Girl has elected to play word games.
  5. Nice try. The point ( which you understand very well but are trying to side step) is that the weapons were there
  6. Thats what made it so much fun to post. Straight from the left of the left.
  7. In all, American troops secretly reported finding roughly 5,000 chemical warheads, shells or aviation bombs, according to interviews with dozens of participants, Iraqi and American officials, and heavily redacted intelligence documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act. The secrecy fit a pattern. Since the outset of the war, the scale of the United States’ encounters with chemical weapons in Iraq was neither publicly shared nor widely circulated within the military. These encounters carry worrisome implications now that the Islamic State, a Qaeda splinter group, controls much of the territory where the weapons were found. The American government withheld word about its discoveries even from troops it sent into harm’s way and from military doctors. The government’s secrecy, victims and participants said, prevented troops in some of the war’s most dangerous jobs from receiving proper medical care and official recognition of their wounds. Ebola!!

Westend, does that mean you don't think the left is trying to blame the right for the ebola situation? REally?
  9. TVC- regarding your comments on contract law- I have very little knowledge about the intracacies of the law. But am curious about this- when you sign a contract and agree to arbitration, arent you effectively waiving your right to sue? I always thought that a person could not be forced to waive basic rights and I always thought the right to sue was one of them. What am I missing?
  10. Political correctness is slowly ( not slowly any more) but surely destroying us.
  11. North- I think you make a very good point. The mid terms should give some indication of how the public really feels about all of this. But, once you have someone receiving "benefits", its next to impossible to convince them that voting for the other guy is the right thing to do.
  12. Imagine that- pay increases happening without government involvement [Hidden Content]
  13. Was ECO banned again or were his posts simply eliminated?
  14. Looks like ECO is back!!!!
  15. You've got it all wrong. Sure, the emails are missing but it was done by a couple of "rogue employees". The Obama administration found out about it in the newspapers, just like the rest of us.
  16. Speaking of lies, has anyone seen what Leon Panetta has had to say about the Benghazi situation?
  17. Hmmm- sure doesn't fit the promise of a $2500 premium reduction for the average family
  18. looks like those guns and bible clingers are more generous as are the Romney voters. Could one also draw the conclusion that those who claim to be the "most compassionate" are only that way when it comes to someone else's money? [Hidden Content]
  19. [Hidden Content] On a cost-per-employee basis, that equals $11,176, up 40 percent from $7,983 in 2008. ( from the article) Hmmm- since 2008
  20. Prepare to be classified as "mediaphobic"
