According to the Washington- based Death Penalty Information Center ( DPIC) 56% of death row inmates are black or Hispanic.    Of the 139 capital convicts found innocent sine 1973, 61% have been of color.

I understand that you are suggesting racism with your numbers.  If the state of Texas has 70% of its death row inmates as black and the national average is 42%, I interpret that as meaning there are some other states with something less than the 42% national average.  Does that mean Texas is a racist state and those with the lower numbers are not?

TxHoops- all that you say may be true.  And, if it is, it is proof positive that Mr. Obama either lacks the leadership qualities to get along with the other side or he is bound and determined to advance his ideology no matter what the cost.

Or, lets let the market decide.  Lets have workers become desireable employees, thereby forcing competitors to pay more than other companies are paying.  That happens when you have a robust economy and employers looking aggressively to find the most productive employees they can find.  A fast and strongly growing economy will do more for wages than any government edict ever will.  But the current mentality is not to seek to improve oneself but rather have the government guarantee a certain wage level.  Please point out an economy that has been successful and maintained that success via more taxes, more regulation, and government mandated wages.

How programs get paid for has NEVER and will NEVER be a priority for the left.  All that matters is that these programs, in their minds, show how much they "care".  Taxes will be raised and when the higher taxes are not enough to cover the costs, more debt will be assumed.  Then, when that debt becomes a topic of concern, those who "care" will convince you that the Republicans have mismanaged things and if you will just elect a democrat, we can get back on the road to fiscal sanity.

I watched Mr. Obama being interviewed by, if my memory is correct, someone from 60 minutes.  This was before he was elected.  The discussion centered around taxation and his feelings that some were not paying their fair share.  The interviewer asked him this:  If it could be statistically proven to you that keeping taxes where they are or actually reducing them slightly would INCREASE government revenues more than a tax hike would, would you support that.  He said, without hesitation, no.  When asked why would he not support something that would provide more revenue, he stated ( and I heard and saw it with my own eyes and ears) that the "fairness" of increasing taxes on the rich was far more important than the amount of revenue coming into the government coffers.  Folks, anyone who cant see that this ideologue values his interpretation of social justice over the health of our economy and jobs available to people, is lost.

They do it because a number of people have swallowed that theory just as they have that the democrats are the "party of compassion".

The reason there are so many cover up theories is because the President and his crew keep on providing them.  Susan Rice recently said that the US Prisoner that was just returned to us from Afghanistan served his country "with distinction"  (yes, she absolutely said it and it is confirmed by multiple sources)  Last night, 6 of his army comrades ALL described him as a deserter on national tv.  Do we, in this case, have 6 different people who have been convinced by Fox news to tell a lie because they want Obama embarrassed?  Or is it possible/likely Ms. Rice told another fib as big as " it all started with a video".  Both of those tidbits were not, I repeat, WERE NOT dreamed up by Fox news.  This is either total incompetency or blatant lies.  If it is neither, Dove, tell me what you believe it is.

We will also hear how the constitution is misinterpreted by those at Fox News.

Its incredible that you will boldly lie about something and then wonder if people disagree with you due to racism.   Let me help you.   When Obama took office, the national debt was 10 trillion ( undeniable and quite easy to document.   Today it is hovering near 17 trillion ( also undeniable and quite easy to document.   Could you please calculate the percentage increase represented by a change of 7 trillion versus the base amount of 10 trillion?  ( I am assuming you are capable of this because you have told us many times about your education background)

He also promoted those "much maligned" tax CUTS.

She is going to tell you that the President taught Consitutional law and, resultantly, knows what is acceptable and what isnt.
