You clearly, in your desire to make things seem as they aren't, misunderstood my post. I sad NOTHING. NADA, ZILCH about Mr. Arbery perpetrating anything. I asked a very generalized question hoping to gain a better understanding that, when a black person commits a crime, it is somehow wrong to mention the skin color when reported by the media. However, when an incident such as the above occurs, the main topic is reduced simply to a black person being wronged by a white person and is stated over, and over, and over. If you still dont understand my question, let me know and I will try to put it alternative terms.

Correct me if I am wrong but havent we sort have been conditioned that when a crime is perpetrated by a black person, it is somehow wrong to mention skin color. That doesnt seem to be the case in the above. What am I missing?

I do; 4 miles on a treadmill 5 to 6 days per week and have done so for the last 15 years. I am vulnerable t o corona according to the pre existing conditions list. I must admit that I dont eat the healthiest of diets. When I got it, the fever/chills lasted 48 hours and I was fine after that( back on the treadmill for regular routine) despite a week long cough and partial lost of taste for a week. I had a second test done ( this one was FDA approved by another physician) and results were the same.

My viewpoint is that the number infections is going to go up NOT because more people are getting it but because more test results are going to become available. If I am understanding the contagiousness of the virus correctly, sitting in the same chair of someone who had the infection should not cause you to get it. I believe that you must contact some of the "droplets" and let them find a way to your mouth/nose. I suspect much of that is transmitted when it gets on your hands and you wind up touching your face. If I am wrong about this, I apologize in advance. I am pretty sure that this virus is more widespread than anyone realizes. If you wish, google stanford university study of Santa Clara county where they concluded that the number of cases is vastly understated. That makes the mortality rate much lower.
