Big Girl- can you think of a good reason that we should not know about how the President did in college?

We have got to stop microanalyzing every word and every breath taken by every person.  Hypersensitivity is consuming us.

And crumbs is a very apt description of what is left after a giant, incompetent, and inefficient bureaucracy gets its hands on the bread.

I think they use the word entitlement a lot because that is what describes the state of our country currently.  Our system glorifies "helping" those who cannot ( or , in many cases WILL NOT) help themselves and looks askance at those who are making it possible for this country to barely keep its financial head above water.  If we continue to function in this manner, there simply wont be enough givers to provide for the takers.  I know I have said this many times but Greece is a prime example/evidence.

So you are not aware that they are both very accomplished and successful black people?  They both have the same general outlook on things that Mr. Carson has.  What say you about that?

I think you are pulling our leg, Dove.  You stay up with all the goings on in sports.  I think you have not been able to "formulate" a response that will allow you to adequately "straddle the fence" when it comes to Stephen A. and his comments

Ditto- I have given more than my "fair share" and half of the population gives nothing.  And our leader keeps lecturing me on fairness.

From my perspective, any reasonable and sensible person who "stands up to Obama" (politically) is a hero.  From my perspective, Mr. Obama is an idealogue whose only priority is social justice regardless of the cost involved.

When comparing Dr. Carson to Jay Z, I believe one will discover that selling drugs is NOT a part of the resume of Dr. Carson.

Very true.  But you will never convince the sippers of this.  The left believes that for any problem, you throw more money at it and raise taxes.

And the "degree of pedigree" is relevant in what way?

5 gallon- Havent you learned yet?  If you say anything about your religion/beliefs, you are flaunting it and "offending" those who dont share your beliefs.

 A"few" is a nice way to avoid the question.   Let me rephrase my question.  Do you think the number of people involved is less than five, less than 10, or less than 20 but more than 10?

SOME STILL do not comprehend the FACT that to disagree with Obama  DOES  NOT equal racism.  But racism is an easy default argument when one doesnt understand anything else.

Apparently, another hero quality is the fact that the left has been unable to create a scandal about him.

And what actions caused you to judge Mr. Carson negatively?  Please be specific.  Don't spout something like " he wants to END welfare"

PamFAm - who do you thinks sets the best example for improverished youth on how to get out of their situation:   Jay Z or Ben Carson?

Dove, if I am reading your comment correctly, then you are suggesting that there are degrees of guilt and only the very large ones should be pursued?  Just to put your mind at ease, there will not be any prosecution of yard mowing unless it was widespread and frequent.  You originally contended that only a couple of people were truly the reason for all that has happened in BISD.  Do you stand by that assertion?
