Thats all [/quote] There are a number of freshmen and jv coaches who are competent.  You are going to find that nearly every successful head coach began his career as one of the two.

Saying that is obviously just an opinion.  There is no way to validate any of these "thoughts" including the one that Smith is the top player.

But a seasoned assistant who knows the players and program inside and out.

If you adjust for age, Weisbrod is probably the best with Bosha a close second.

When the Celtics won their title a few years ago, Tom Thibodeaux was the hottest commodity in the coaching market.  He turned down multiple offers because he wanted a chance to possibly be part of another NBA championship in Boston.  Couple years later he accepted the Bulls job and did very well.  So there is nothing uncommon/abnormal about interviewing and declining a job offer.
