The six that look to be in are WO-S White,WOS BLUE,PNG WHITE,LUMBERTON WHITE,LUMBERTON BLUE, and KOUNTZE. I dont know the last two i know you are tired of hearing this, but I think that one of the weaknesses of the Junior Blue is the fact that we have so many kids who have never played before. Yes, they have done great up until now; but everyone knows that the closer the "big games" come up, the pressure is building and some of the kids MAY struggle with that pressure. On the other hand, I know that the kids who have gone through the pressure already, as well as some of the newbies, are standing strong and are not letting any amount of stress get to them. I can say with 100% certainty that the next few weeks will be one experience that my son will never forget - win or lose - memories have been made that will last a lifetime. I was just looking at the STJFL website and Kountze seems to be a tough test for WO-S Blue.

Well at least u dont have the pressure of anyone predicting you to do anything other than get in the playoffs. Ive NEVER read or heard of you all being mistaken fo a championship caliber team.

Playoffs are kinda set now. What do you guys think of some of the teams that are going to the playoffs?

Thanks we got some great kids and fantastic coaches, yall played a great physical game, our starters were complaining about sitting after we got up so quick. Im very proud of these kids they practice very hard they got a taste for ints and causing fumbles and theyve worked hard on it 1 more game and were 7-0 Whats the deal NewIndian? First you praise them for their fantastic coaches and great kids and the great physical game. Then you back door it with"our starters were complaining about sitting after we got up so quick". Could have left that off dude Me and pirate fan had a conversation that was off the board so thats explained and that said he knows that our starters were sitting as per the rules, and BTW i praised our coaches and kids omly got to meet some of Vidors kids as they were cousins with some of our kids This is for queen what are WE gonna be when WE win excited ;D ;D ;D I see my EXCITED slogan is catching on. I tell ya what all of ya are welcome to come to the Mustang Junior White end of the season SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP PARTY. One of the other teams will be EXCITED to play us,but we will be EXCITED because of our BIG lopsided victory!!!!! ;D ;D ;D Ha ha - It's on now my friend! When the Mustang Junior Blue wins the Super Bowl, you are more then welcome to come celebrate with US and I can guarantee you one thing, not only will we be EXCITED for the win, but you will enjoy the party and be EXCITED and full once you get through enjoying the goods that we will have!!!!! I promise if thats how it ends up The White team will party right along with you guys!!!

My bad TD. I know your the head disciplinarian that has a part in that well oiled pee wee team,as well as the junior white team!! I wouldnt get too excited...png purple has only scored three td's all year. very young team.... out of 17 kids on the team 15 are returners to this team next year...all but 3 has never played tackle football before...so 54-0 on this team learning is not a real big deal. Do it next year with this lil team returning 15 kids...then get excited. Would you not get excited if the score was reversed? A parent from PNG Purple came up to the head coach of the Junior White team and commended him on how disciplined his team was,and thought how wonderful a job he was doing to have those boys so sound and effective on both sides of the ball. He seemed truly amazed at how good they played. I think thats a testament to how all the coaches on that staff( DAVE,JOSH,FRUITY,KENT,MAVIS DIME,SNATCHER JR, BROUSSARD, AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST MRS. LINDA & KOOL-AIDS GRANDMA)Out of that list our kids get great coaching,some good role models,and some electrifying prayers and cheers on gameday. Thats what we do here 19cherokee90. We get EXCITED. When we win big we get EXCITED,when we win close ones we get EXCITED,and if by some crazy chance ya beat us......We get EXCITED at the chance we may get to play u again.And this year after the Super Bowl guess what we will be........? Just for the record:i noticed that and thought it SUCKED! oops,can I say that word? : For those who aren't there at the long draw out scheduling meetings maybe you should know why the team is playing there homecoming game on the road. For the smart people that belong the the wonderful Lil Mustangs football team....homecoming was originally scheduled for Oct. 25th and if you look at the schedule we were all at home....but due to Hurricane Ike the schedule was pushed back and so was homecoming....and also the senior teams did not want to play each other so therefore they have to play at Orangefield this week to accommodate that request. Oh and as far as the white playing on the auxiliary field I'm sure it would have been fine for the junior white to give up there playing time for there Senior White team...oh but they didn't did they....they played on the same field as the Junior BLUE....man how the little and simplest things get turned into big deals.....gotta love Lil Mustang football...BTW we can certainly make sure that both our junior and senior teams play each other next year to get it out the way early....oh but no one wanted to do that this year...did they????? All I was saying is that its a ittle crappy that the first time all the teams get to play on the West Campus field my boys are gonna be in Orangefield. Whether u agree or disagree its no fun for the kids on the senior white team.Can we agree on that bigworm?And also for the SMART people scheduling the junior white team played at 10:30 am. No one else was playing at that time. We understand the hurricane issues, It just catches ya offguard and ya just want some kind of explanation. Its not owed but it would have been the right thing to do. it was brought up because the sr white team and junior blue team played around the same time. You are right it may not be that big a deal to us, but the kids were wondering about it. They wait to get on the Sr. team for those small little perks,and thats just like a small slap in the face. NONE of the teams wanted to play one another early. The league would love for the two Mustang teams to play early and be in the same division. That way it wouldnt be an all mustang super bowl. It was a smart move. NEITHER team was dodging the other team. Im 100% for this league and for WO-S,and i appreciate the oppurtunities it offers. But I bet if the shoe was on the other foot u would feel me a little more.

I think that from the jump everyone wanted to annoint the White Team as the team to beat because the kids played together before.1)they played 1 year of pee wee together. 1st year in pads was last year. There are several kids on this team that have never played football,or have not played with this team. Several kids on the blue team have played on The Junior level before.That is a huge factor. The size difference and to an extent the speed difference between these two divisions is a definite step up. And not only does the blue team have that experience factor,but those players are above average to great players. No one with any football sense or common sense should have EVER thought this Junior Blue Team would not be really good. I know the Head Coach has always said if he could get his line blocking they would be great,and due to his skills he has that offense clicking. He has 4 0r 5 of the top athletes in the entire Junior division,and one of them would be a top player in the SR. Division if he had moved up. So lets not play with one anothers intelligence. Both of these teams were favorites from jump! If either wins the BOWL it should shock no one.Im going on a limb to say.....When WO-S White and WO-S Blue square off in the BOWL on DEC. 13 it will be so wild i wouldnt miss it for the world. Its all about those kids.And although im partial to the white jerseys I got nothin but love for the boys in blue!! The jerseys may be different, But the helmet is the same!!!!!

I think the problems come in when a team is up big and the winning team is still dropping back and throwing bombs. Me personally if u can hang 60 on me do it. BUT......when i get a chance to hang my 60 on u.....dont go to the next board meeting crying. I help coach the WO-S White Sr. team. We have taken some well advertised lumps this year.But you have never and will never see us crying because Nederland White hung a 50 piece on us. We should have stopped them. Plain and Simple. My only hope is we make the playoffs and get a 2nd chance at some of the teams that whipped us!

When the white team sees you again,at full strength, ur gonna pay for your talk. you earned the right to talk for now and i respect that. But a 2-0 victory when our qb and several starters are out? I would have hoped u would have put the victory in perspective. I hope we meet again! Take care

Well well well! I love it when it gets like this. It SHOULD be an interesting game. I gotta pull for the blue team on this one. Nederland may be good and fast, but i will be surprised if they are as athletic and fast all around as WO-S Blue. I coach with the white team and we have stumbled with help from some terrible calls by the referee. But we lost fair and square and we feel in our hearts we gonna be there in the end. Everything in our WO-S program is fair and square. I would not let myself or my son get played so wo-s can have one super team and the rest terrible. Wos blue has about 15 players and the white team has anout 17. Just be glad we split teams and didnt stay combined!!! I WILL SAY THIS. mOST PROGRAMS WE PLAY THAT HAVE MULTIPLE TEAMS HAVE ONE REALLY GREAT TEAM AND ONE OR TWO OTHER TERRIBLE TEAMS. THAT GOES FROM PEE-WEE TO JUNIOR TO SENIOR. LOOK AT PAST RECORDS AND SCORES. I DONT THINK ANYONE NEEDS TO TALK ABOUT FILING A COMPLAINT BEFORE THIS "HOPEFULLY" REALLY GOOD GAME.LETS LEAVE THE NONSENSE OUT AND PLAY BALL. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.

I cant believe Kirbyville is talking like this. I can se ya being confident but whipping wo-s? Come on. U couldnt do it with rhodes last year. Its not happening. U all better put dave campbells magazine away and stop believing he hype.I guess ike has ya feelin comfortable since ya wont have to back it up!!!!

The bottom line is regardless of how many times KJ or #1 on the blue team touches the ball,u cant hit what u cant catch. We dont have nightmares of a team with "2" fast kids that can hit, because we have 12 or 13 with the same description. And we also have some big ,quick d lineman. We know PN-G white will be tough . They always are.And they are very well coached. I just know that at all levels of football speed kills. And speed in little league is an even deadlier trait to have. And guess who has the fastest team in STJFL Junior division? All i can say is the league is very fortunate that #2 from the white team and #1 from the blue team are not wearing the same color jersey. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> When WO-S WHITE plays WO-S BLUE in the super bowl who is PN-G White gonna cheer for? ;D

Its that time again folks . I know everyone starts off o-o but the WO-S STJFL squads are loaded once again. Should be a tough entertaining league again this year, but im predicting my Mustangs will take home three Championships in November!!!
