I've heard alot of good things about Teinert, good smart QB with a strong arm. Peevy, Pitman, and Reynolds will be doing most of the running from what I hear. All three of those guys have lots of potential. Hopefully the coaches will help them reach there potential. Got a few big Jr. lineman this year.

I know, I just assumed that Moderators on this site were suppose to be held to some kind of standard to not stir up crap. But then again you know what happens when you assume things.

See there you go, nobody said anything about Vidor making the playoffs. I know baseball season ended a little soon for the Bulldogs this year and you're probably a little bored but you don't have to start hating on Vidor Football in May.

Yeah, thats the spot. You can't miss it because of all the boats that will be crowded in there. Plus you have to fight the alligators for position. The gators are pretty impressive to watch. They generally catch more fish than you will, since they do it for a living and all. Kids usually have a good time watching them. I brought my 7yr old down there last year and he loved it. Its a good place to bring kids because the fish are usually biting steady and it keeps the kids busy. But, man it is a hot spot. The bait gets stacked in there and the flounder and reds feast on it. Bring your cast net and you usually get all the bait you need on one cast. Just troll up to the fence and throw. I've never hit it this early in the year, so I was wondering what the fishing was like right now if anyone has been down there.

Yeah, I usually fish down there later in the summer as well. In fact, I've never been down there before school is out for the summer(I'm a teacher). I was just curious if there was any decent fishing this time of year. Thanks for the reply.

What's the Dupont Outfall holding this time of year? Last year we hit it at the end of the summer and did well on the Reds and Flounder. I was curious as to what the fishing was like this time of year at the outfall.

I don't know much about GP either, but if what others say is true about their shallow pitching then I like Vidor's chances in three. Vidor seems to have good depth at pitching and the bats are really hot right now.

Vidor has the talent spread out this year. Two teams tied at 5-1 and two teams at 4-2. These four teams seep to be beating up on each other.

Is Hester on the hill for Vidor?

Who seems to be the best in the Orange/Beaumont area with the younger kids in baseball? I have a 7yr old, and I was thinking about starting him in some hitting lessons.

Vidor has 8 teams this year. I'm not sure if all of them will be going to the tourney. We have alot of talent in this age group. We probably have 4-5 teams that should be able to compete well in this tourney. Our 7yr olds are last years 6yr olds that went to state in All-stars, very good group of kids.

How bad does Ned. want Vidor to beat LCM??? ;D
