Just curious as to when some of you feel is the best time to get a kid into private Pitching / Hitting lessons.

Has Mosley received any offers or special attention? If so, from where? He is a tremendous athlete and I am sure he will be successful somewhere at the next level.

For me it would have to be my Pirates. They played tough all year, but just could not keep from giving up the big play. They were real close this year in most of their games, in fact they led some of these games late but could not hold on. The Lumberton and Central games were just heartbreaking games that we lost on the last play of each game. PNG beat us on 2 big plays when we had double the offense and 15 more first downs than they had. LCM beat us with two huge td passes to win by 10. Don't get me wrong, I can't be more proud of our boys. They played their hearts out, and I think they earned a little more respect within our district this year. Good Job Pirates!

Allright scoop, now you've heard from vidor and we stay home as much as anybody. What do you gain by coming on here and trying to take something away from a bunch of kids who have worked their tails off to make the playoffs and try to make a run at the title. Schools like Ned. and WOS have a history of winning that they should be proud of. If you don't make the playoffs you have no chance of winning the title. At least these teams give themselves a shot at it on a consistant basis.

No doubt your team should be proud of their accomplishment. Congratulations to all of the teams representing 22-4a, especially 8-0 Dayton they were phenominal. Go out and represent our district well and hopefully one of our teams can bring the trophy home to SE Texas

I do believe Lum. can beat Ned. if they play to the level they showed earlier in the season. If their passin game is on they should pick the Ned. defense apart which will in turn let #5 run all over the place. I didn't feel like you were picking on us, I'm with you in wishing good luck to all of the teams.

In a little over 24hrs we will all know, unless we have to wait on a coin flip or a game of Paper, Rock, Scissors or whatever means they will you use in case of a tie.

With the district title already locked up, I wonder how much rest the Broncos will give some of their key players. If any? Of course their whole team seems to be pretty solid, its like they are all key players. :x Good luck to both teams.

This is going to be a good one. Like others have posted, I think its going to come down to whether Lumberton can stop Mosley. If Ned. secondary shows up they could win by a few touchdowns. But, if they let Lumberton throw the ball around this may be one of those 42-35 games where the last team with the ball wins. IMO As a Pirate fan I've got to pull for Lumberton to win this one, but they will have their hands full with Mosley. Should be a good one, if I wasn't going to the Vidor/ LCM game this would be the one I'd like to watch.
