Guys I havent been a Mod for long..But I can't let you sit back and question a 17 year old kids motives for leaving or call him names...His house just got damaged or maybe even totally destroyed. If you want to wish him best wishes that's fine ,but please don't speak about recruiting or investigations or call the young man selfish or any other name. We have them all the time..I think it's good that the kids are participating in the school spirit,and the spirit of the game. It makes it fun.

It is two programs that mirror eachother ,but Vidor has been up on this series the last 10 years. Hanna is a load, and a great running back.But Vidor did a great job the second half ..

I see that our PRESIDENT won again. I have a question for any STJFL members. How or why do you let a league that has stacked teams and stolen uniforms play in your league. It wasnt until recently that I found out that the league (VJFA) my son played for last year was still in existence. I would never in a million years have let him play for (VPIFA) if I wasnt lied to by many of the board members here in VPIFA told that they were VJFA that they had just changed the name and that VJFA had been desolved. I came on here and found posting from VJFA members who are not desolved but very much still in existence. This organization has lied to me and many other parents and I find that very disturbing. These are kids and I feel that they are being used as pawns in a delutional mans game. I can tell you this my son will not be back here next year. Sorry about the rant but Im just saying a lot of peoples thoughts what i get out of this post is you were not aware of another league in Vidor,until you came on here and saw some VJFA people posting right?? If you were that out of the loop not knowing if another league existed ,then how in the world would you know about stolen uniforms? like daddy23 said I bought my kids uniform and you get to keep it at the end of the season..thats why there names are on the back.. Daddy23 AKA "Hollywood Hal" great job in the booth this weekend...You kept me on the edge of my seat along with all the Lumberton and Vidor jr.fans..You made the game come to life with your announcing abilities..Great job Hollywod...

wrong.. Central lost to Vidor at Central in 04'. The last three times Vidor has faced Central 08',07',06' it was only a difference of 11 points total out of those three years.. Refer to WOS87 Historical info if needed.

Me and a bunch of other pirate fans had this discussion before. One heated discussion was before the football season even started. So I will not entertain this old nonsense. Bottom line is that we won on that night, and nothing will change tomorrow night. We'll win again. you must have a bad memory soulja boy.. : The scoreboard went out in the 2nd.qtr. Coach Mathews had a maintenance guy sitting on a ladder perched up on the scoreboard.When Central (according to soulja boy and his buddies)had the ball the clock would come on and then Coach Mathews would give the signal to the maintenance guy to turn it off..Although the refs were keeping the clock down on the field..BUT the refs were in on it too you see..all 5 or 6 of them.. Coach Mathews would give them another signal to start or stop the clock. so all the referees ,coaching staff,vidor players,vidor fans, and the maintenance crew was in on it..It was the biggest conspiracy since JFK. So you see we bought out all the referees, and everyone involved to keep it quiet from the Central fans..And It worked until the end with 12 seconds left on the clock there QB scored the game winning TD. here is scenario 2: the clock went out in the 2nd qtr.it was fixed by the 3rd qtr. and Vidor might have just played central a great game .. you decide which one you want to believe..

Well Comeaux most of my posts are in good fun and everyone knows me on here.I don't hide behind a screen name.Like some people do I stated my opinion on a forum where you discuss things.( i thought that is what a fourm is for) I guess I am guilty as charged for having an opinion. If everyone agreed on everything then it would be a perfect world.I still stand by how I feel and that won't change.. Like I said most of my posts are in good fun to people I know who are friends of mine.and by the way like you said its for the kids and not the "coach".If you are out there for yourself and not the kids you need to get out. That's why I made the earlier post about running up the score..yes it's football but remember your not running up the score on the other coach, you are doing it to the kids.with that said I stick by my opinion and that wont change. But I believe I will find a rock next to comeaux and let all the cowards come on here under there fake names and talk trash. and you know who you are.I will say this,I atleast had the nuts to state my opinion and stick up for what I thought was right,whether you agree or disagree.Some of you want to say it but dont have the ..uh..well you know...

My hostility was directed to whomever called the plays for Silsbee..83 alumn was misunderstood .I stand by what i said about the playcalling. what goes around comes around..But you are right Comeaux suck it up and move on.. If you run between the tackles and you still score then you cant do nothing about that.but if you are putting it in the air and running reverses then that is the coach not the kids. I stand by what I said.whomever calls the plays is chicken sh*t.

well I could careless abour your game film..I have been on both sides of winning and losing..Answer this: what do you prove by running a reverse or a hail mary with under two minutes of a youth football game when leading by twenty?? only thing you are doing is stroking your ego..don't get up in front of everyone and preach that its about the kids and turn around and try to run the score up. Like i said if you want to air it out on here we can, if you want to talk privately we can do that too..I am not even associated with lonestar, but I think it is chicken sh*t to do what was done..I didnt say quit or call off the dogs..heck keep running the ball..but a reverse and throwing it down field ? just shows what type of class you are when you do that crap.is it about the kids or something else?
