If you aren't in shape now you might as welll not ven play..these kids have been working out since the last whistle blown last year.. Usually the 1st teamers during a practice only get about 20 snaps..Soem scrimmages go into game like situiation after they first 20 scripted palys..But if you arent ready now you wont be ready then.But if a player is still being cautious over an injury that they had operated on last year I wouldnt play them in some scrimmage either..

Just heard today that Gooch and the other top offensive lineman will be held out of the scrimmages due to some injuries that occurred last year..But will be ready for the 1st game..Just being cautious ..

Your right Big Dog I guess it's not a knock..But the only time anyone said about Vidor making a run for it was last year(not me).And there was a lot of high hopes last year..There are alot of Vidor fans that get on here and talk nosie when they really have nothing to back it up.But I wont do that until I have some proof.. Let me ask you this..When will nederland win the big one..they get far every year btu why dont that make it to the game?? Not knocking them but what do you think it will take??

I have seen New Caney the past couple years .They are a good team..Vidor beat them last year 28-3 but that is the first time Vidor has took it to them..Usually it is a good matchup talent wise.. I really don't know much about Cleveland, that is why I said L-town (love ya blue ) would win.. If Cleveland is good Then I say Lumberton goes winless even during pre-season!!!! I know I am gonna here from Football blue and raider09 for this..but I am ready for it..

Well WOS92 I think it depends on where you live..All of Lumberton will buy it..The rest of society would sell....There isn't any way they win half there games..I am being totally honest ,I think they will win 1-2 games....

That's nice that yall will have a pretty field..That's about all the excitement yall are going to have this year.. The reason why our lights go out is because we have a halftime performance for our fans..If Lumberton would ever have anyone turn out to there games maybe they could have a halftime performance also..Instead of a pretty painted field that will be the prettiest in the area!!! It's going to be a slobber knocker!! A record crowd will be on hand..(atleast on the Vidor side) A couple years ago we had to go sit on the home side because there was no room on the visitors side..There was plenty on the Love ya Blue's side..Not alot on hand that night for the L-Town raiders!!

My sons flag team was Undefeated last year.They have been playing together for two years now.The class of 2017-2018 is the coming out of Vidor high school. As gusher would say "get them glass slippers out now." and the other Lumberton Dad.says ' Hold on baby" They have the same coach with them for two years and it is time ..Get ready Ozen,Png Ned,and even WOS bring it on,... I was reading this at work and I was laughing so hard I had to shut my office door... Lumberton is in the same boat we are in and I would never get on here talking about looking over your shoulder and putting on glass slippers... I wish yall luck though...

Well, I'm a mom who wouldn't really care about football if my son weren't playing, but even I know that this year's Raiders are a force to be reckoned with! This is the group that have been together since 7th and 8th grade. Can you say UNDEFEATED? Mike Minton and Danny Golden did a great job. That's not to say that they'll sail through the season that way again, but you'll dang sure know they're here! If it doesn't happen this year, it will most certainly happen in '07-'08! These kids have already been playing for Credeur for a couple of years, and they know how he runs the show. They have nothing but the ustmost respect for him. Some of his underling coaches may leave a little to be desired, but I know as far as my boy goes, Credeur ROCKS! Ya'll better put the glass slippers away, cuz the Raiders are coming to raid the Castle! I Love it!!!! I Love it!! I Love it!!!!!! Love ya' Blue!!

Well they got Eskue as the D-Coordinator. I might be mistaken but I believe he come from Kelly and he has been around here awhile..Alot of people has said really good things about him.. The D-line and the secondary are suppose to be the strong points. We will see I guess.........
