Unless Celina built some big fancy stadium in the last year, they don't have nice stadium. I was there last year and it's a typical 3A stadium. They're football team is great, but the school and stadium isn't great. Don't know about the others.

I witnessed him myself lift 225 a total of 29 times, for Mr HD shetlin steroids and scalpem we will film and place on you tube and this site. Did not power lift this year but went to state last year. Stelly can rep 315 total of 11 times as of now benching 400+. So don't be a hater of local athletes. It's nice when anyone from Southeast TX has a shot to play some college ball. Go NSU RIVERHAWKS!!!!! I assuming your a high school kid, so I'll disregard the "hater" comment. I questioned the reps not him being a good high school athlete. I hope he does great, it's amazing to see kids nowadays lifting that much weight. I graduated from WB in 92 and had three players on my team play pro football and seven sign D1 scholarships and none of them was putting 225 up that many times. Kids are getting stronger these days, I would say faster, but I hadn't seen anyone beat the Bronson brothers and that group from Jasper, so I'll say we were faster in the early 90's ;D

Since our league don't have an 8U all stars, our dads put together a team, but we're playing in a tourney in BMT on 6/20. I wish we could've played in ya'lls tourney, but they only want to play in one and that was the weekend everyone was free. Good luck to all of the teams

I'm not knocking him, it's just hard to believe. Did he power lift? If so he must of been the state champ. You don't throw 225 up that many times and not bench around 350 or over. Where's he playing college ball at? Keep up the good work, I would like to know the state record for reps with 225.

I would like to see that. I think that's stretching it. I could see maybe 15 times.

Cy Fair ISD either almost 100,000 students or close to it with about 8 high schools. Most districts around here are under 10,000 with one high school. We do pretty good with what we have, and it is what it is. Those districts might go bankrupt before long

Thats sad, six years and no post season! Where do you point the finger. There has been decent talent there. You can't say tough conference because only conference champion gets a NCAA bid, and no at large. Possible time for coaching change? I know Gilligan has been a good one, but like the old saying goes "What have you done for me lately?"

If that was for me, I know it's not a district game. I couldn't remember if they were in 18-4A or what. I typed it wrong. I meant that district is one of the top baseball districts in the state

One game makes me lean towards Magnolia. Traditionally Magnolia has had some powerhouse baseball programs. Wish this could've been a best of 3. Thanks Swine Flu. Anyways good luck NDNS, Scalp'em.

KP just in the same district there not my team. We also found a paddle lat night and sent one of your teams on summer vacation. Just curious who is your team and how many titles do they have?? You must not keep up with sports because my screen name says it all. My team is PNG, and yes we've been to Austin several times and have been past ya'lls district numerous times. Like I said history has shown that our baseball in the GT dominates your area, and thats a fact. Maybe the tides will change in the future, but it will probably be the distant future. SCALP'EM Scalp Maybe I will pay more attention to screen names.Good Advice. The little advice I have is you cant live in the past. Nobody will remember who finishes second or third I'm not getting into pissing match with you. I'm talking right now, we were a third place team and just beat the snot out of KP. I think I said historically our district and area have faired very well in baseball. Past history is part of it. We've been to the playoffs a bunch, and historically we've put competative teams out there. Can you say that about your team? It doesn't matter because all but BH is out and we've already beat them before. Anyways we have a tough series with Magnolia coming up. THEIR program is always tough year in and year out. I give props to teams, you just have to read the whole post. Good luck next year. BTW we're loaded for the next 3-4 years for sure. I am done to. state appearances? Thats what I thought. GT has traditionally sent teams to Austin. I'm not dumb, I know KP is a new school. They're probably going 5A next enrollment reallignment. BH and Crosby are good teams and have always had talent, but how far have they gotten to Austin at any level? After you name them then look at the GT teams. By the way PNG spanked that bottom against your team in the series, so I am talking about right now and that's a FACT as you call it.

20-4A is almost always better than 19-4A in baseball. This year is no different.

No little league has all of the best kids anymore. That's what's so sad about it nowdays. Example is you have Pony, little league, and select in mid county. The kids don't play all three therefor thier all spread out.
