I do think it's up to the kids to keep up with their own grades instead of having mommy and daddy go to the school whinning because the teacher didn't keep them and 140 other students informed on all their grades. This is always a problem according to my wife that is a teacher. KNOW what your kid(s) are doing in school. It's up to the parent to keep abreast of things all the time, not after the six week period is up and "Johnny" failed. I can hear it now " Johnny was going to go play for a big college and now it's your fault he failed". :

I think Lumberton sneeks up on Dayton, but Dayton pulls it out for a 48-21 victory.

Livingston is good this year, but I'm taking the Pirates at home in a close game.

PNG looking better, and I think by the time district starts they will suprise the people that laughed about not scoring points in the first two games.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this one, but when this rule first came out, if you failed you were out six weeks. Now I think the player only misses 3 weeks. If this is true, I think they need to go back back to 6 weeks.

When I was asked to be a MOD, I was on here taking up for PNG on every post and I still do. I will give my opinion's on PNG and other teams. I will never go away from saying what I feel within the rules of this forum. My legion is to PNG and always will be like my friend PNGProud. If we say something wrong that another MOD don't like or Coop don't like then we'll be just like any person on here. I don't think anyone ever said we can't root for our team or not take up for them. The game is over and we won, no big deal.

OOOOk, your a day late and a dollar short on your response. This is all old news. Later, good luck the rest of the year in 3A. By the way, yes we will compete in our district.

I thonk the middle schools need to begin teaching the young ones the spread offense so they understand it by the time varsity football comes around. You have to be able to adapt to your opponent week in and week out. Not a big fan of the spread, but it's fun to watch. I think coaches could come up with different formations even though their a rushing dominated team to give the D different looks. Maybe PAM will change something up that will help them.

And if they don't win, then what? I don't think the chemistry is right or something. Maybe Memorial just isn't that good of a high school team. Hang on before you go crazy. Look at Dallas Carter, they have all the talent in the world, most of the time they produce more D-1 players than anywhere in the state, but seldom go far in the playoffs. You have to play as a team and not individuals. Just an opinion.
