It sounds that way, even though the fans want a more wide open offense, I think we just need to stay running the ball, and this is showing us why right now. I imagine you can look for PNG to try and run the ball down everybody's throat for now on through district play.

Very nice, I just wish they would've put about 2500 more seats on home side. Also it would be neat to have a huge teepee with smoke coming out of the top of it on game days. It's probably not out of the thinking that one day they will have suites in HS stadiums for the big alumni.

Unless LaPorte changed from the 91 football season, they were just mean, but they didn't have any big hitters. I was on the WB team and spank them. Kendall Cleveland I think was a senior in football season of 91 and whipped them at WOS when they were ranked #1 in state. They scored one TD on us, and we scored 5 TD's on them. There you have it. The 1991 WB football team was tough and of course I'm saying that because I was on defense ;D

I was on that team, and believe me our defense could lay the lumber.

I don't feel as bad for our 0-2 start losing to #1 and #6 in the Houston area. We're ready for a rebound

I agree with some, but the QB isn't mobile, and has thrown half of his passes over the WR's heads or thrown it short. When he does throw a good one the WR are dropping it. He needs to learn to scan the entire field instead of looking at one WR the whole play. The other teams defense isn't that stupid.

I think fans don't know what to think. The offense is confused. You can stay in the old formation, but mainly come up with more plays. Too many people get excited about the spread and that's because Southlake has been competitive with it. Have more plays and give different looks at different times. Score one for the Gipper ;D

WB in 82 and French in 84 were when there were multiple schools. I don't see that ever happening, but I think they would be average. Maybe they would go deep into the playoffs, but I wouldn't think they would be winning state titles every year.

Wow, win a game and Crosby fans come out of the woodworks. I said it on here after the game that I was eating crow and Crosby has a good team, no that great of a team, but good. We're hurting again this year. Heck BH is 0-2 this year so I would hope that ya'll make the playoffs in that district. As for us, who know's what will happen, I will refuse to write off my Indians. I would think that any true fan would feel that way. I don't like the way the O is playing right now, but hopefully they'll get it together. Anyways congrats to Crosby for your BIG win.

I wonder how long it has been since they have been shut out in consecutive weeks? 1988, PNG went scoreless in four consecutive games to end the year. They went 1-8 that year. If something doesn't change, we might be in for another one of those seasons.
