Gentry will beat BH north and south this year if ya'll run the big back all game. BH 8th will struggle to be .500 at both schools. Gentry would've probably won last year if they would have stuck to the run game instead of trying to throw long passes IMO. To answer your question, I think BH North 8th has the slight edge between the two of them.

Is that the big/fast runningback at Gentry? If so, the kid is one of the most pure athletes I've ever seen at the 7th grade level. His parents need to get him into another district before high school. The kid is incredible.

Dayton is struggling right now it appears. I watched last week and they didn't look so good. Tonight looks like they may not have fixed or found what has worked for them during the Stewart era. I know Nederland is good this year, but I would've expected a better showing from the Broncos in their second scrimmage.

I don't know because I wasn't here yet. I think when you look at the BH/KP matchup is that most players are returning this year from last year on both teams. I too feel KP hasn't gotten 32 points better. The game is also at BH this year.

I didnt watch the whole srimmage, but what I did see was typical first scrimmage. The problem that I see with Dayton, is the offense is running a very vanilla offense. The QB looked decent when he had time. OL needs to stay on blocks longer, WR need to catch better and hold on to ball, and RB need to run more north and south. Fwood strung out the sweep plays a lot. Defense must be young and their was some busted coverages. They did seem to swarm to the ball. Decent first scrimmage. Fwood looked pretty solid.

Dayton D just got burned on a seam route for a TD.

This will be a good one.

SC last chance of going to the playoffs until they're introduced to 5A. Will they make it count? ;D Doubt it

This will be a great scrimmage to watch.

We don't ever pass, what difference does that make this year? We lost some key guys on defense last year, but I see BH beating KP, which will be for final playoff spot unless there is an upset and BH moves to #3, KP QB was good last year and I think he's back, but other then that, I don't see KP stopping BH rushing attack.
