BH is rolling CE King. Look good this week. Much better and passing more. I like the play calling.

Actually PNG has had good success against the Beaumont schools recently. PNG had a decent team last year and lost to Livingston and Nederland I think in district. My point is, I think PNG makes the playoffs maybe as #4. I think they atleast beat one of the Beaumont schools, LCM, Lumberton, and possibly Livingston or Vidor. Don't see them beating Nederland. I'm taking the over with them going 4-3 in district and making playoffs. Remember they played SC and WOS in pre-district (Got hammered), b ut those two teams are probably one of the better teams in SETX. They lose to Vidor, Nederland, Ozen 1. Nederland (Undefeated district) 2. Vidor (loses to Nederland) 3. Ozen (Loses to Vidor and Nederland) (push with PNG) 4. PNG  See Ozen (Push with Ozen) 5. Livingston Loses to all above or maybe beats one to get in 6. Central  Loses too many to get in at #4 7. LCM District struggles continue 8. Lumberton 0 district wins After Nederland and Vidor, I would think most people would say it's wide open for the last two spots.

I know the Houston area middle schools do a good job of having games on different days that might work in the SETX area. They play 7th and 8th grade "B" team games, and some"C" games on Monday and then "A" team on Tuesday. The only reason I bring this up is because alot of times the coaches are spread thin at MS level IMO. I have one that went through MS and I noticed just a few coaches on sidelines for 7th grade because another coach was driving a different bus dealing with 8th graders. When have schools that have 75 plus players, there needs to be an "A" team and "B" team. The problem also could be that "A" will carry maybe 25 kids and "B" team carries 50 kids. Now, the games I seen were running clocks and coaches are trying to play ALL of the kids and a advanced kid that knows whats going on is only playing a couple of quarters due to the number of players on the team. A solution could be that you have to make the team. They do it in all other MS sports except football. Just an opinion.

First district game for both teams. People are ruthless with comments. I do think PNG wins by a large margin. Good luck to both teams.

Hopefully BH D has worked on containing the outside and having tighter coverage with DB's. On offense, need to mix in some passes to TE and go down field every once in a while. That's the issues I've seen since the first scrimmage. I think BH pulls this one out.

Port Arthur News reports that there is some upset fans on the Reservation after Friday nights game! The only comment made was "Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians!" News reporter said well isn't there already enough coaches without 10,000 armchair quarterbacks? The fan said " Yea, but when I was in high school in 1956 and my kid in the 1970's, we were the best." The reporter said "well, it's 2012 and if you and the other fans don't shut up, it's going to be worse then when you were in 5A!"  ;D Calm down my NDN friends, it was a joke. ;)

East Texas reports "Upset fans at the Livingston/Dayton game". It's being reported that Livingston Fire Marshal only allowed 100 fans to sit on the visitor side. Fire Marshal said that the visitor stands wouldn't be structurally sound if anymore women were allowed admittance. Broncos did beat the Lions, and is if that wasn't bad enough there was an annoying voice from the preesbox all night.

Port Neches gets fined by the EPA for too much smoke from Huntsman! The investigation showed that it wasn't the refinery, but smoke signals going up from the Reservation. It read " Help needed! Too much speed and not enough Indians!"

**Breaking News** Domestic Disturbance at the home of "Butch", A Panther from the South End slapped, kicked, and ran over "PAM". Witnesses to the assault said it's the worse beating they've seen since Ike Turner or Chris Brown!! Truth, I don't know if PAM was overconfident heading into this game, but Central wasn't very impressive last week in that scrimmage. I thought PAM would've destroyed Central after what I seen last week.

They had cool uniforms and the buses were nice too! ;D Seriously, BH will be one of the playoff teams this year.

BH overall looked decent, but speed is going to hurt them. Screen passes hurt the D IMO because guys weren't closing fast enough on the ball carrier and giving too much space. BH needs to work on special teams  ie. kickoff and punt coverage. Other then that the offense looked really good. It's going to be some good battles come district time.

[/quote] Sounds like what use to happen in Beaumont in the early 90's. Kids went to WB during football season andthen went to Central for basketball season. That was before Ozen opened. Does Humble have where kids can pick where they go to school or if they are at a ow performing school can elect to go to a different school? I think I remember seeing that in Humble.
