1. Katy got alot better when the big population boom hit over there and of course Coach Johnson. Katy has a program that all of the kids buy into and are very good HS football players that work as a team. My wife taught at Katy HS for 4 years and I had a chance to watch them during that time. That was during 01-05 and I was amazed at the overall program. Good luck to LP, but I'm pulling for the Tigers.
 2.
Katy was only up by 14 late 3rd Q, anybody know the final?
Nevermind, Katy won 44-30 or something over Cy Woods. The Chronicle said this is the 10th consecutive year that Katy has made it to the 3rd Round!!!Incredible!!

 4. Tough challenge for EC in this one! Good luck Bucs.
 5. Gonna have to slow the game down and chew up clock. Huge test for Vidor! Pirates have already had a huge season, and if you pull off the upset in this one, I may have to buy a Vidor Pirate shirt ;D
 6. I bet they play this game around Lufkin or Nacogdoches is going to be my guess. Bullard is just south of Tyler.
 7. Score one more time Vidor!!!! If they score again, someone has to do the Captain Morgan in the endzone..
 8. Vidor knocking at the door. Pour it on and make statement. Go for it coach!!
 9. Come on Brenham fan, the worst you've seen Montgomery play? Maybe Vidor defense is just good at causing turnovers and man handling the Bears? Give them thier credit..

Just play your Mid Madness Game the same wknd
If that was the case then I guess your peewee team would've made the Super Bowl. Sounds like you have PNG envy. Take your semi-final appearance and be happy. ;D
 11.
That's not what he asked Scalp'em
I don't have the answer for you or him. It's above my pay grade. Call and ask the league President. We do what our league says to do. I don't really think it matters, but maybe it does to a couple of you. Ya'll making an issue out of nothing. Heck get your kids together and play another community.
 12.
Why can't they do they play in both (Probowl and M M) kind of a slap in the face to STJF! It appears they're too good to play in Stjfl Probowls.
I think they've had it for about 5 or 6 years now. It's nothing new.
 13. That's pretty funny, but you ought to see the video I took when I was in Mount Belvieu the other day. Check it out [Hidden Content]
No hate at all. Just throwing in the other side of a debate that one of your fans started. I gave BH props this year and was probably one of the only guys that said they were good early on. Most of the stuff I put is just poking fun, but you do have to admit that there are alot of BH posters that get on here and demand for others to look up to BH because of whatever is going on. Just having a little fun while throwing facts out there. I don't think anyone hates BH, just alot of people reeling ya'll in like a fish. Posters like to see reactions from comments they put. I've been on here for I guess about 5 years, so I've seen my fair share of arguments for one school or community and such. It's all in good fun.

You don't have to like it ,but records , titles and championships don't lie.
You are right about putting up BH athletics up against the others. 9-1 District Champs IS a success. period, and the other sports are even better yet. However, I don't think there is much competition academically. BH wins going away! In the end, THATS the real victory, even though football & other sports understandably dominates the passion of the people. For most athletes, football ends before the year is out, and real life begins near the end of May. BH is a great place for that journey to start.  :)
This ^^^^^^^^
I think most of the schools in the area send thier fair share of kids to colleges including Ivy League, West Point, Rice, and others. When you win in academics through the UIL, let's face it there is only like 5-10 kids on the team. You can't compare that to an entire school and say your better then the next school. BH might have an edge on the average SAT scores, but like I said, all area high schools are sending kids to the same colleges BH kids are going to. So that would bring you back to sports. Overall, BH compete's, but can't get over the Hill to beat a 20-4A school in football and most other sports. ;D
 16. Your academics is Spelling and Vocabulary, and One Act Play. There were several from other area schools right there with BH ie. Buna, HF, HJ,EC, BC, OF, Nederland, Deweyville, and Groveton to name a few. BH is a good school, but they don't hold a candle to places like Friendswood in academics. I could name school after school that is better academically then BH. Just say it's a good school, when you start trying to show stats, that's when people are going to show you they are just mediocre. schooldigger has ya'll ranked 144th out of 1517 high schools in Texas for what that's worth ::)
 17. Prayers from the Reservation on a speedy recovery!!!!!
 18. This topic is being locked and the dad of #28 came by my house and said it wasn't him that put that statement. This doesn't need to be discussed any further.

 20. I don't think that statement was by the dad of #28. His dad is a good man and wouldn't put something like that on here. #28 is a great player, but it took the whole team to get to where they were, and it took the whole team to lose to WOS. I think that sums it up.

Are they always inferior to 20-4A? Im always right and I have all of 19-4A out of the playoffs first round? Surely I must be wrong...but Ive never been wrong before so Im kind of confused.
Check your history books again ColdHardVEGTABLE because there is one team that has dominated 19-4A and 20-4A. Your gonna see why first hand tomorrow  ;)
Maybe the last few years but not overall. :)  20-4a has put dayton out in the first round several times.
Can you give me some years on that? cause it is known here that i am still years behind most everyone elses knowledge.
Well, lets see here: 2005- Ozen 2004 -Nederland 1999- Lincoln 1997- Nederland again 1996- WOS Do i need to go on?
ok... so what happened from 06 to 2010... and i don't see png in any of those WOS was 4-A
I don't remember playing Dayton in the playoffs, that's probably why we're not on there. Dayton beat us a couple of times when they were in our district and when Dayton had the best team in thier school history.
