if we lose in the playoffs..im DEFINATELY blaming some one..probably the refs...haha im kidding..there is what 80 minutes of regulation play in a game.. i really dont think its 80 minutes of people fouling the whole game.. if the refs are missing calls you just gotta pick it up and keep playing hard..refs make bad calls but you gotta remember they got two eyes to watch 22 players..referees dont decide who wins or loses..the players do..and your right about the parents yelling.. that really doesnt do much besides irritate the ref and the players.. so its probably smart to not single players or refs out during the game lol..

Predictions and thoughts.

We didnt have any problems when we played central at raider stadium..they played with class..

what i wanna know is how can we make controversy of offsides on the "questionable" goal if the defender is standing on or behind the goal line..

ok say for a second the first goal was not counted as a goal...final score Lumberton 1 Nederland 0...still a win for lumberton..

i dunno about you.. but if i got decleated from behind when i didnt have the ball..id feel offended if my coach didnt argue my case..

yea five..they did..and we played their boys last night too.. they were dancing in pre-game..but after that the song was over for ozen..

i was impressed with how fast ozen's defense got in the box when they fealt threatened..good speed on defense for the most part.

The Classy thing to do when you are ahead by enough where you know you cant lose is to not neccessarliy let up.. its a sport.. i mean by all means play.. but you dont keep the full court insane pressure on.. wether or not it was the third or fourth or first stringers in.. ozen is classless. end of story. WE were beat we knew it. but to keep rubbing it in our faces is rediculous. i mean mabe the coach was to into the jv girls walking it out in the stands or the ozen parents doing the soulja boy to notice.. but enough is enough at some point.

dude..ill admit.. im the craziest fan lumberton has when i get the chance to be there.. if the 6 foot 10 girls arent the starters then they need to quit basketball... typical ozen wants to get cocky when they are winning something and rub it in... we get it ozen.. you beat us in basketball.. but i mean.. what else do you beat Lumberton in?

yea buddy i feel ya.. but the fans dont speak for us.. one of the biggest thing our coaches teach us is disipline so we generally try to stay in line and keep our mouths closed.. coach creuder always tells us " let the scoreboard do the talking. " and we do... the players and coaching staff i mean.. the fans are excited our community has high hopes for us... and we are tryin our best to not let them down.. but i dont think one player on our team has let the smack talk from other schools get to us... we just store it in our head and try and remember it on the field..

i like reading each week how yall gain a little more confidence in us it sounds like... but each week its the same story different chapter... ill belive in yall if yall beat ___________. ( insert next opponents name there ).

yea one of our personal fouls was for our db getting pumped up and getting up to fast and jumping to our huddle.. we might have to practice getting up slower so we dont upset the refs... not to say the refs didnt call a fair game.. but we only had two personal fouls and that was one..the other was when # 33 decided to punch hussey...

yea dme your right.. in order to be taken more seriously we have to prove ourselves.. but.. after we won our non district games..every one said..prove your good and beat dayton...we did...now last week all we heard was its a fluke...ill believe it afer you beat vidor...we beat vidor. as a player and as the season goes by.. im begining to accept that alot of south east texas has a problem with us being successful this far.. now i dont speak for the team but.. i dont care what south east texas thinks.. it makes me want to win even more when people tell us we are overrated or just getting lucky.. our team as a whole have been preparing for this season for a long time.. no matter what people say about us.. all that we think about is preparing for the next game..

this is going to be another test... every week we wake up monday morning and come out ready to practice... who ever prepares for this game better will probably win... our coaches do a great job teaching us what we need to know every week... and about this whole speed ordeal...it was the same case with dayton.. and if you think back dayton won district in the 4 x 4 relay...2nd place...ozen...3rd place....Lumberton..beating central who took fourth...so we are all fat and run 5.5 fourtys... lol kidding but we arent as slow as people give us credit for...not one team in this district can be taken litely...by any team...every week is a new challenge for us...a coach can teach technique but cant teach effort... and like coach Creuder always says to us " the will to win is usless without the will to prepare "....and to end my preaching.. who do i think will win?....ill let you know thursday after practice..lol
