Generic spread offense Not huge on discipline. going to commit a lot of penalties and turnovers Kids play hard for him; good motivator & communicator will win there but don’t expect them to get too far

What’s the biggest “head ache” ?

This kind of is similar to when WO-S replaced Thompson with Hickman. One of the top programs in the state replacing a legend who won multiple championships with a coach from a lesser program. Will be interesting to see if he forces his grind it out defensive style or keeps what has been working.

Hancock would be better than Williams the sequel if those are who it is down to.

The school board is all running unopposed this year it looks like? Guess the folks of WO-S are happy with what’s going on

He been a lot of places according to Google. With his own two plus what’s in Silsbee no doubt he can just roll some basketballs out and be successful. Just got to make sure he won’t piss off the wrong person and can make it through a couple of seasons without causing drama.

Question : why was he fired at Tenaha?

That would not be the right move here… what WO-S needs to do is: 1) hire a proper professional superintendent 2) let supt hire the best football coach available 3) support said supt and football coach/AD and get out of the way

Brazoswood is coached by Joe Dale Carey who used to be an assistant at PN-G under Faircloth back in the day

Terrible coaching by WOS. They just don’t have the fundamentals and discipline they had under Coach T
