Good question. They’re also getting Thomas Brooks to coach D Line, completing the AARP all-star cast of coaches on the defense side of the ball. Foreman will call his own plays and thinks he knows everything about offense so he won’t be bringing Dyer out of retirement at least lol

What’s the biggest “head ache” ?

This kind of is similar to when WO-S replaced Thompson with Hickman. One of the top programs in the state replacing a legend who won multiple championships with a coach from a lesser program. Will be interesting to see if he forces his grind it out defensive style or keeps what has been working.

He been a lot of places according to Google. With his own two plus what’s in Silsbee no doubt he can just roll some basketballs out and be successful. Just got to make sure he won’t piss off the wrong person and can make it through a couple of seasons without causing drama.

That would not be the right move here… what WO-S needs to do is: 1) hire a proper professional superintendent 2) let supt hire the best football coach available 3) support said supt and football coach/AD and get out of the way
