New to the area, but I think this applies no matter where you live. The definition of nimrod is continuing to do the same things and expecting a different outcome. You have to look around at what programs are 3 to 4 rounds deep in the playoffs every year and how they go about their business and apply those principles to your program. Now, I have been told that BH has been successful to a point over the last decade without having a program structured just for baseball. It just seems that some changes are warranted to get to that next level.
