[/quote] How bout last week Skip.4th and one to keep the ball away from BC in the closing minutes.BC stacks the line with every body they have...what's the call,straight at their strength and got caught behind the line.To be fair though a lot what looks like a bad call is just poor execution on the play.Not the OC fault all the time.

Twice they had 2 out and 2 strikes with the lead and lost it.Unbeliveable.Hate to say it but the Rangers just might have lost the title last night.I don't know how you come back from that kind of let down.They are pros so maybe the can.

[/quote] Yes it is a point of concern no doubt about it.I know we have had injuries but I for one have not seen a great deal of improvement that you would expect to see eight games into the season.Our defense and special teams keeps us in the games so you never can count us out.

Poll seems to be about right.If you think that one of these teams is way better than the other you don't know much about them.Home field means nothing when these two knock heads.I'm telling ya...this is going to be a war.

Going to be another war.Offense is still sputering.WO-S defense and special teams will have to step up once again.A bounce of the ball could make this game go either IMO.

[/quote] Now that's a plan.Only problem is that the offensive line will have to do a much better job blocking than they have been doing lately.Lindsey will get one or two good runs on his on but for the most part he has been stopped at the line or behind it due to very poor blocking from the offensive lineman.All he needs is a little hole and he's gone.

[/quote] I think the telling stat is the 6 int's.For BC to only win by 6 points with that many oppertunities I would say that Silsbee did a pretty good job on defense also.BC has a good defense also but under those conditions I would say that Silsbee played the better defensive game. Now BC is going to face another good defensive team which has the ablity to shut them down as did Silsbee.From where I sit we could very well see BC/Silsbee part two in next weeks game.Unless one team just falls apart I don't see a lot of scoring in this one.Should be a great game and both teams better bring their A game.

This game can go either way.BC coming off a great defensive game against Silsbee and WO-S coming off two lackluster performances.Should be low scoring and probably be decided by turnovers which is not good for WO-S considering their track record in this catorgory.Due to their preformance lately( wo-s ) a BC when will not be an upset IMO.Should be a good game and hope my Stangs can squeak out a win.

WO-S offense gives up points it seems in every game.Thier inability to maintain drives and score points puts all the pressure on the defense which has been coming through time after time.I really don't look for anything to change, are we would have been seeing it before now.I told my co-worker( OF fan ) last week that OF had a good chance to beat WO-S this year.Same holds true for BC and Silsbee.If you don't beat WO-S this you are wasting a golden oppertunity.

Got to be honest here.The team that lost by a total of 10 points to three teams is not the same team that is playing now.From what I have seen it is all on the O side of the ball.The D is playing Mustang ball.The offense seems to be going backwards.At this point I would say that wining a district title is a 50/50 chance.JMO...and I think there is plenty to be concerned about.The defense will keep us in the game...just don't know if the offense can pull it out.OF,BC and Silsbee are all toss ups from my view point.

[/quote] No one has moved the ball against WO-S consistantly.They do however give up the big play from time to time and that's how most score on them.I don't see Kville moving the ball on the Stangs but do not rule out that they want make a big play on them from time to time.I think if they score on the Stangs it will come off a big play.I'm not after a blow out but will be concerned if we don't win by a healthy margin.Lets face the facts.Kville is in a rebuilding year and WO-S is really not ,so WO-S should win going away.No disrespect to the Cats intended.

So it's going to be hard to guage improvement that we most certainly need for the playoffs.Right now looks like 1 maybe 2 rounds deep.We get some things fixed we well could add to that
