  1. Has anyone mapped out a different route  to Rosenberg as of yet? or are you guys going to have to fight this traffic over here? I'm going through 610 South then taking South Main, but my way is for those who know Houston very well, if not i would suggest leaving very early, before the Happy hour crew get going at 5. p. m.  :D

I maped it every way possible.Conclusion...just leave early.

  2. I believe that this group will not take any of their games lightly. There is something special about them. Some of the JV players have moved into starting roles, and have played like veterans. I have to give coach T and his staff so much credit for managing these young men with creativity, planning, and execution, like I have not witnessed in the past. Great job coaches and staff. Our work is not done yet.

At the game last week when LG was driving late in the 4th coach T called a time out. I was thinking to myself he 's telling them I know we got this BUT WE AIN'T GOING TO FINISH THIS WAY...after the time out they stopped them.lol

  3. My main concern is their ability to use running and passing unlike our last couple of opponents. Giddings was the only playoff team to have a passing game and they kept it close for a little while. Our secondary hasnt been challenged in a while IMO. As Gasilla stated on another thread their QB, a 4yr starter, has alot of experience. With that said, Im not sure much if any of that will make a difference with the way our Offense and especially Defense has been playing. Like last week, our D made them go 3and out back to back and our O struck quickly going up 14-0 in the first. With balance like that I really like our chances. Could this be a blowout like some are predicting? Sure it can.  I wouldnt be surprised if its close though. Look at 2000 vs Calallen. Either way, these kids are playing with confidence and swagger. One heck of a football team!

With the way this season started did anyone think we would be playing this Friday, not to mention what a win this Friday means?

  4. No!

I spoke with my boss earlier (he lives in Katy) and he told me that we want no part of  Beltway/59 or I10/59 at that time of the day. He's going to look for the best route to take to avoid as much traffic as possible, but the best thing he says for us to do is leave at 3:00 or 2:30... :/

Yeah I was afraid of that.Didn't want to leave that early and have a long wait once I got there. But it is what it is.

  5. Technicaly its coach T's fault. He said it. lol! I agree with you 112%. Hurts not having him. Im thankfull we have some depth back there. Some youngsters are going to have to step up big time to fill his shoes. Hopefully hell be back next week. ;)

Your right kicker coach T spilled the beans.lol.I know he wished he could play but we have kids that can step in.On the other hand if LG lost # 22 they would be in big trouble WO-S is full of talent.

Would love to see Teate show his stuff, but from what I have seen WOS has several kids waiting to make a name for themselves too! Man WOS has talent out the a$$!

Yes we have.LG will have to cover the whole field against the Stangs,to many weapons. On the other side I'm understanding that we only have to cover the running game of LG.Sounds simple enough huh.Problem is know one has done that good enough to stop them so far.I don't think they have seen a defense like the chain gang so I like our chances.Special teams, field posistion and no turnovers will be huge in this game.As you all know we have had our problems with turnovers in this round.
