[/quote] We were leading in the game by a few points and in the second half they kept us penned around our goal line and they kept getting the ball at our 30 or so.The defense did one heck of a job keeping them out of the end zone but they finally scored late.We were still in it late but were running out of time.I think we let them score so we could get the ball back but their defense stepted up as they had all t he second half.

No one has stopped LCM's O yet and LCM's defense has not stopped a good O yet.Nederland will have to put a lot of points on the board to win this one.Have not been keeping up with Ned this year so I don't know how their O is doing but I know LCM is never out of a game with their O.

I don't see a blow out by WO-S but I think they take it with some to spare.Silsbee has always played us pretty close but I don't think they will this year.The Stangs are hitting on all cylinders right now and keep improving each week.

BC has a good team and the best WO-S has seen in awhile from BC.I think BC will have to score at least 35 to beat WO-S and that's where it gets sticky.BC is going to score no doubt about that but I don't think they can score the points it will take to beat WO-S.We don't live in a perfect world and we all know that strange things can happen on a football field.

[/quote] Just now getting a chance to post.Don't have time to read all twelve pages of this thread.I'm not going to blame anyone on how we played but I would like to ask why we got away from what was working.Lindsey was running pretty good and we just stop using him. I didn't agree with some of the calls that were made but I doubt that would have changed the outcome.The Cats had a balanced attack and kept their drives going even though we made some great stops.They caused our defense to stay on the field to long and just wore us down in the end. Good luck to the cats and hope we get to meet again.I think we will improve with each game so that's not to far fetched.

Great to get back on the field.The kids are fired up...both teams.# 6 vs # 9.Don't get no better than that unless your playing for state.I still think the Stangs might just have enough to take the cats but it will take a great effort on their part.
