All I know is two weeks seems like a month.

They played a tough non district schedule. But then again barely beat Caldwell last week. But we played a sloppy game against Smithville and barely won . Bellville has struggled with fumbling this year. If we hold on to the ball I think we win a close one . If not. Giddings will win by a couple scores. All depends on which Bellville team shows up. This game should decide 1st and 2nd in the district though. I’ll probably do a thread to update the game.

Don't start beating you chest just yet.Yes WOS won but it wasn't a stellar performance in any sense.They still have a long way to go. 

I knew missing those two games was not good.Offense line didn't play well tonight,didn't get that push.Give credit to Silsbee though.What the heck was that 1st and goal from the 3 and they run a pass play and got sacked for about 10 yards.We were lucky to score after that dumb call.You are right...QB is not a runner.

Good win for the Stangs but they have a lot of work to do with that offense.They will need these district games to fine tune it are they want get very far in the playoffs.They don't look like the # 3 team in D2 to me.We shall see.

If any of you were at the Newton/WOS game and saw EMS in the WOS stands....It was for Skipper,he fell down about six steps.He is recovering  just fine.

Proud of my Mustangs they never quit.Just couldn't overcome all the mistakes.Great effort.

As sloppy as we played this game should not have been this close.Congrats Newton.

Wait.I need to give my feed on this and then I'm done.Don't make it seem it was all coach T fault.Both coaches knew by Friday morning if not sooner that the weather was going to be bad by kick off.Was stupid on their part to put everyone at risk.
