We attended Lamar over the weekend and made it over to Hitters INC on Monday. What they did at Hitters Inc may have been the best instructional camp I've experienced. The men there took their time talking to the boys at Hitters but at Lamar they put the boys in a long line and rotated after throwing 2 or 3 pitches then stand in line for all the other kids to throw, then got back and threw 2 more pitches. Really not a waist on money for they only charge 75 but it wasnt "instructional" it was Christmas money for the staff in my opinion....

The biggest impact will be Zach Drouillard that left WOS to enhance his stuff at LCM. He is the real deal and Griff Im sure will get him there. James Swan is another big talent too.

It was really cool and yes I saw 4 or 5 scouts sitting with the Lamar coach they played a game where every kid played batted and pitched then the other 2 teams showed up and did the same thing, but we left after our game, it was well organized having a roster for the fans would have helped but i think they are giving those out next week since monday was the first day giving the boys unforms

We attended Georgia with the Gladiator team and that tournament is sureal. The boys had an amazing time and the number of scouts was something I could not have even imagined. Thank s Coach Fackler for doing all you do for boys in Southeast Texas by the way you teach baseball and be leaders in their community. does anyone know when the CNN story about the team will be?
