1. Heck, the Berry Center in CYFair was between $75 and $80 million.  I hear the district is almost bankrupt because of it.   ]
 2.

Guess no BH in this one?  JDog, what's up with Jasper?
beats me.  maybe they are waiting for district.
I read in Baytown Sun where BH did pretty good.  Viverette won a few hurdle events.
 3. Every year we end up playing in the elements, might want to practice in them as well.  Turf would help in that the field would not turn into mud wrestling like against GCM last year.  Not against a in-door facility, but let's get turf and larger visitor stands first.  If you do both, your going to get additional playoff games, which will help to bring in additiona revenue.  Hey, I have an idea.  Let's build a new stadium like is being built in Dallas for Allen-High.  It's only 60-million! 4. Boy this district is in bad shape this year.
 5. You probably can see it on graduation night, the seniors are thinking about walking through it for the graduation night.
The tunnel has been in storage for years.Someone donated it a long time ago. Coach Price told his team that they did not need a tunnel to win.
or coaching..........  ;D He should have tried the tunnel the last two years anyway. Nothing else was working. ;D
6.
don price will bring h-f back.  he will be the best fit since les and phil left.  i do not know him very well but i have kept up with him thru the years.  bh will realize their loss within the next two years.  h-f is better off and so is don price.
So is BH.........
 7. That is a fine name for a building and a great man, who deserves his name to be remembered for years to come.  Think of al the positive things he has done.  What other Sup has ever done as much for their comminuty and the school than he has?  There is not a better Sup in all of South East Teaxs than he is.  By the way, what was his name again?  ;)
 8.

Congrats to HF for getting a great, honest, successful, hard working, friendly, strong, and CHRISTIAN  coach.  He will turn that program around!!!  The athletes will also learn more than they will ever know from this man.  I know he has taught me much about life. (Class of 2007)  To me it seems like he is going back to REAL football, where the kids will work hard to be successful.  And they don't have the attitude as some BH kids do. Where some of them think all they have to do is show up "or have the last name Poole or May."  I really do miss those 3A days sometimes. BH 89 it is time for you to be quite.  You got what you wanted so go and start spying the new BH AD.  I doubt you have a demanding job because you have some much time to bash coaches.  "By the way you put to much salt on my fries last time I was at McDonald's."  I am sure there is going to be something you don't like about him.  And another thing you say real football is played west of the Trinity River hmmm.... I did not realize Trinity River went around WOS. axe em jacks
WOW...YOU just made sure you didn't get a recommendation or future job yourself at BH bashing the superintendent and his friends.  My sister said you were way out there and I should look for your posts.  Not sure with that stuff and revealing who you are would help you get a job at BC either and we are hiring! When you grow up some, you'll realize you don't burn any bridges in life, no matter what the bridge looks like!
He is just telling the truth about the REGIME thats running BH, no worse than you and your way out sister spreading gossip about peoples personal life. It was nice to see those posts have been reomoved.
I have a lot of recommendations from Barbers Hill.  I don't have to get it from the Superintendent it is not liked he ever talked to me when I was there anyways.  He was to busy talking to his "friends" Why would I want to work at The Hill?  I would have loved to work there before Poole and some of the board members where there.  I have talked to ex teachers and administrators and they have all told me the same thing.  They wish I could have seen The Hill before Poole got there.  I can remember what Barbers Hill was like when Mr. Rotan was there.  I have never seen a superintendent support the staff as much as he did.  And all I have done is spoke the truth.  I have not bashed anybody from the school. I have just called them out!  You tell your sister that I have the support of many people in this community.  I am not trying to brag I am just telling the facts as they are. axe em jacks
Been hanging out too much at Bullfrogs again...............  ;D ;D ;D
 9. I just don't see the hype.  Signed, M. Crabtree ;)
 10. Maybe we can get a tunnel to run through with the new practice???????????????????
 11. Dayton (young QB played well, normally has a few athletes) GCM (Running back good) Crosby (maybe-maybe not, I tend to say most likely lower than this) Lee High Baytown (showed ability last year, could easily be one or two spots better) BH (will be a different look and I think motivation will improve. Could be one or two spots either way) Houston King (they have on and off years. they do have good running game) Galena Park (jeckle and hide) North Forest (too many distractions and poor program, darn shame with the # kids they have) ?????????
 12. Who the heck Pis#$@ in King's cherrios?  Man, didn't someone tel them they were not suposed to beat BH or Crosby?  What tha..............  >:(
 13.
I'm just sayin....
King just beat us, so can't go out on that limb with ya.  Wished I could.  :-\
 14. Guess no BH in this one?  JDog, what's up with Jasper?
 15. Blow it up with the 1,000,000 rats and 10,000 cats inside.  Kind of like a triple bonus.  We can call it the Kirbyville collaps.... ;D  Not that I am still upset by Kirbyville beating BH in 3A...... ;)
 16. Historically we have not had a large number of players go both ways.  There were a few (McWilliams, Ponder, etc) but not a whole lot.  I like it.  I think it helps to get the bugs out early and while things are still fresh in their minds.  Not to mention it's hard to focus on what your doing when your trying not to have a heat stroke in August.  One part of BH's success has been conditioning.  Hopefully the early start will help to enhance the already good conditioning into the summer.  Being a small 4A school, players will have to play more than those bigger schools. Great Move Coach!
 17. If you want to go offshore out of Freeport I have spaces open for the dates listed.  We split the cost of the trip (for budgetting purposes, it's normally about $150-$200 per person).  That includes everything except live bait & fish cleaning. Fish cleaning is usually 5 or 6 dolars per person at the dock and they bag your fish. PM me if your interested. Boat is a 26-Foot Twin Vee with twin Suzuki 175 4-Strokes.  All electronics, tackle, and safety gear is top of the line.  If you need a room in Freeport, just let me know (usually run about 45 per night).  If most of you are coming from East of Galveston, we can go out of Galveston.  If enough want to trailer, we can go out of Port A too.  I just want to go fish.  This is not a charter service, just friends splitting cost of a trip.  Grouper, Amberjack, Ling, Wahoo, etc will be targeted.  Snapper not in season yet. You will need a salt water fishing license.  Snapper season opens June 1st. Jody
 18.
Roy Crabtree is a lieing SOB and its been proven on more than 1 occassion, once in front of a town hall meeting hosted by Nick Lampson in League City and his statements are a matter of record . I really don't know IF you've been following this JUNK but I have, the Ocean Conservancy along with the PEW Foundation are pushing for catch shares on the gulf and sitting in wait with millions of $$$ to buy the shares>>>do you honestly think 1 will get used, its just another way to get us (the Recs) OFF the water. Do you also know when they do their 'JUNK SCIENCE' counts on the Red Snapper they DO NOT count any fish on ANY oil rig in the Gulf, I could go on n on. If you want a shocker Google MPAs and see where the antis are going with this crappola. Don't look for any change till they are forced do a MAJOR overhaul on the 'Magnusan-Stevenson"
AMEN BROTHER!!!!!!!  They are almost as bad, if not worse than the TCEQ.
 19. Foot ball is good.  Had to do that so I am on topic.  Now that's out fo the way, does anyone know if Scott McGill (A.K.A. Old Dog Mac) is still playing together and where?  Can't find any up-to-date information on the web. Thanks!
 20. Id the darn wind would quit blowing about 70 miles offshore ripping lips......  ;D
 21.
Now, after Barbers Hill is eliminated in the first round of the playoffs, they have TWO choices... Watch their neighbors to the north play another 3 to 5 weeks or go watch their old coach navigate the Longhorns through the 3A playoffs....
Now that we have a real coach, we may just cross that trinty a few more times to kick some tail.  I doubt it will be to go watch QB left, QB right, QB up the middle, which is exactly what's coming to HF.  ;)
 22.
Wow...I can't believe he wouldn't have been in their Top 3 originally.  I guess time will tell where the other 3 will end up.  Malone, you would have been GREAT for HF. BH East Longhorns...kind of sounds good! I guess there will probably be a few more vacancies now at Barber's Hill.  Or, maybe at HF?
GOD willing!
 23. Hey WOS fans, it's getting about that time.  Go ahead and throw out "we are going to wins state this year."  May very well do it now that you got a TOP NOTCHED A.D.    ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;) ;) Yeah, I am getting warmed up for the summer smack!
 24. He is now on the right side of the Trinity River.....for sure.  ;)
