BH game was 7-7 till very late in game and only after 2 turnovers on the wrong end of the field did it get 21-7.   GCM did their part and lost by 1 TD. Wins are wins, but domination as some would call it is not even close.  I say the districts are pretty even from the teams I have seen.

9 minutes and change and a 7-7 ball game was at least a game of it.  Two late interceptions sealed the deal.  BH made the critical stops for a while, but as with all year the turnover bug bites.  Great game both teams, good luck PNG in next game.  Your running back gave us fits, for sure.  Now let's lose and win with some class.

I'll tell you what, after watching Nederland, PNG, and WOS bash Vidor and Lumberton all those years I really love seeing the Pirates in the payoffs.  When BH played you guys the fans were always very friendly and the kids very respectful.  I wish you all the best. Now, having said that, Dayton is our district partners so I have to pull for them this time.  Their fans are showing BH some love and I have to do the same.  Good luck both teams, but got to go with Dayton.

What a class act and great interview.  Wished BH had him.....great hire for PNG. 

2 more days.  I got a brisket ready to be smoked and looking forward to the post game party. Eagles by 3 in a tough close game.

North of Silsbee and most near West Hardin School.  Just down the street from the old Honey Island swimming pool.

Hope we get the treat, as fans, this one could be.  Just would like to see a well played, mistake free, and fair called game for both teams.  Play each teams best and see who's on top at the end of the 4th.  Don't want to see injuries, fumbles, interceptions, nothing.  Just good O and Good D.

[/quote] Lake Travis is better this year than any of the past two years.  A good friend fo mine has a son who is their starting middle linebacker.  Been watching a few clips here and there from him.  They are just simply great on both sides of the ball.  By the way, his son used to play for PNG when he was a Freshman.
