I have been sitting here for 2 days trying to research the historical significance of PNG's Indian heritage.  I have but one question, what freaking Indian tribe has names like Beaudreaux, Tibbadeaux and Lowery?  I looked through 5 years of white pages and can't find a single thunder-foot, or one-with-eagle-feather........ Might as well call them thunder-britches because Ned's gonna knock there arses off.    ;) ;)

That story was a great read until they kind of threw in there Dutton is out AGAIN......  Poor kid, what's that 3 years in a row now? Dang fine player with a ton of potential and just can't stay healthy.  Got to feel bad for him.

That's considered an integral part of the history of the area and the proximity of their settlements to the old high school was the primary factor in the selection of "Indians" as the then-Port Neches High School football team name in 1925.
