If Bridge City was tough for you, your in for a real treat when Crosby takes the field. As for Dayton, well no worries there either.
True, not one of their better defenses, but they were aggressive. We had them spread out and they ran to the ball and put a lot of hats on the ballcarrier. We put up some points, but not enough...and the Bronco FG kicker could hit from Mars in a cross wind. Go Indians. Peace.
Think they were bad last year, wait till you see this year. Even a sorry BMT team could throw against this defense.

Well, is it football season yet? I think Mr Garrity has a fettish for dolls. ;D
I think the new 19-4a will be a tough one. Kingwood Park, Summer Creek, Dayton, Crosby, BH will battle for four spots. Humble has the athletes, Porter is a newer school, CE King has a new leader, and New Caney could sneak up on someone. It's not that easy of a district. I've watched 20-4a for many years. They make it sound tougher then what it really is. I watched hen Dayton, who is in 19-4A played in 20-4a and they absolutley destroyed everybody besides a fluke win by a one year wonder Lumberton team. BTW, didn't BH beat the 20-4a district champ last year?
Not only did you "Trade-Up" you can fire a shot over their bow better than most....... ;D ;D It's what we have been saying for years..........BH has not had a dominate team since we got throttled by a dang good sweeny team in the 90's. Yet we still take their best opponent year after year down to the wire. Central nearly lost to us with their D-1 QB, PNG took all they had twice to barely beat us, and yes we did take out their district champ last year, as well as Dayton (which you mentioned owned 20-4A). So, I agree with your over-rated assessment of 20-4A. Welcome to the light my SON, come on in....... ;D

Would your ISD pay $750,000 for a Jumbotron?
It's better to just get sponsorships, and no I dont mean ones that play commercials all game. Nederland's scoreboard and jumbotron is nice, yeah it has the sponsorships around it, but to me it doesn't take anything away from the scoreboard and you aren't annoyed by commercials the entire time.
AMEN......... nothing like going to a PNG game and hearing some back-woods hick pedeling a ponzi-scheme bank account or wanting to roto-rooter your pipes. Man, play some energizing songs or show close-ups of the goofy guy bouncing around in moccosins, but don't prod me to buy a crossant at 8PM at night. Just sayin.......... ;) -

So, I do something I normally don't do and invest $1 in the Beaumont piece of crud newspaper on Saturday morning, turn to the sports section and there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about any of the scrimmages in the paper. I'm sorry, but the biggest sporting event in this area is high school football and you have nothing? Last dollar I waste. I'll buy the Vidorian from now on.... I am glad football is here, but man the pre-season competition this week is poor at best. Not much help in our first 3 games preparing for district, that's for sure.

I hope yall can throw the ball this year it was the smallest team I have seen at bh.
This is the same crap we heard last year from you about BH then after you got beat you started saying this was the best team BH has ever fielded ::) BH will be fine! The offense will not skip a beat this year! Defense has some good returners and one kid that is a stud ,but has been injured the last two seasons. If BH steps up and plays good Defense they will be in the hunt for district champ this year. Unfortunatly with our Scrimmage and two preseason contest it will be hard to see how good we are untill district. Scrimmage = Beamont Central (Horrible) & HF (Horrible) 1st game = Neuvo leon (No idea if they are good are bad) 2nd game =Lumbertion (Another potentialy bad team)
i have never said that was the best team bh has ever fielded I was repeating what alot of my friends from bh were saying. They also told me it was the best lb core they had seen once again not my observation. Bh might do great size isnt everything but to get past the first couple of rounds they better learn to throw a little. I would like to see yalls scrimmage but have heard nothing about it.
We scrimmage This Friday, but it will be a three way scrimmage with HF and Beaumont Central at BH (No idea the format of this). Your friends from BH may not have been around long enough, but the team from last year was no where near the best BH team. Can't wait to see BH in the scrimmage next week because I have not seen any practices just talked to some folks and know a couple of kids on the varsity. This year can be a pretty good team, but I'm expecting next years team to be the best of the last three. Dayton will get a better test next week at least defensivily not sure that Ned's O is as advertised ;)
Maybe Barbie's Hill can "win" a scrimmage cause they sure cant win a first round playoff game in their own stadium. ;)
Your like a wind up toy ;D you only know two things "Barbies" and "1st playoff" Think you need to worry about Port Ashley getting past La Porte and NS ;)
You could tape him and bmtsolja together and still not have one intelligent brain cell......... ;D ;D Neither have even seen BH play a down. ;)

Seems like the last time the Raiders played the Bobcats, L-Town did a lot of spanking..............oh wait 3A against 4A, everyone knows 4A puts more players on the field each play...... ;)
I rubbed my crystal ball and see a Lumberton tail kicking coming soon.......... ;D ;D Respectfully, Delusional Senior
Before everyone gets excited about beating a FW team in a scrimmage, this was not the Friendswood of old. They were small, and slow. No lineman over 6'1 on the oline and they used to be giants there. Dayton's offensive line was much bigger than FW but did not dominate like they should have in running the ball. Dayton will be fine in the district that we play in. A much better test for the offense will be Nederland next week.
At least one Dayton fan saw the same game Brenham and I watched...... As for Nederland, Dayton better strap their helmets on. Nederland has a defense. Offense is a bit suspect, but the Nerland Defense is going to kill Dayton's O-Line. Revised Prediction: 1st SC 2nd BH 3rd Crosby 4th Dayton ;)
