Good post Jayhawk and I agree. Dayton and Brenham are probably the two best 4a teams in the region and have been for the last 3 years running. At least in Division II anyway. Shame to see one of us go home early. Anything can happen in a game though so thats why we play them. Last year we were doing well until the injury bug hit us in the second half and then Brenham took over. The way I see it is that either team can win this one and Dayton always gets stronger as the season moves on and peeks at playoff time. Always Believe. Go Broncos....

Galena Park will beat Crosby and Dayton will finish Crosby off with a beatdown.  ;) The Bronco offense is moving the ball at will and the defense is very stout and dominant. Go Broncos..........

We are solid but we still need a few games with no turnovers. Good teams will beat us 3 rounds into the palyoffs if we are still turning the ball over. But yes, We are all around solid and probably will not loose in District.

I was thinking the same thing at the Galena Park game. I told the person sitting next to me that if Dayton gets up by 50 in the game with Lee  it would be great if Coach Stewart would let Juanito at least try a 50 yarder just to see what happens.  ;) :)

Hill1970  Crosby had better be worried about beating Galena Park in a few weeks. GP is better than most people think and they will give Crosby all they can handle if not beat them. I think GP will win that game.  ;) ;D

You are right Toups. Broncos played solid tonight except the turnovers. Our Secondary and defense will win a lot of games for us this year just as they contributed quite a bit tonight. Galena Park has some speed and 2 really good recievers and could be compared to Brenhams recievers. I think GP will finish second in district over Crosby. I think Fowler has hands like glue and Mcbride is also catching and holding on to the ball much better. I think the other teams seem to underestimate Mcbride because of his size. It seems like they loose him in their seconday and he burned GP for 2 or 3 big plays tonight. The Broncos are playing like a complete team now and the offense is looking like last year more and more. Jakari seemed like he was imposing his will on them at times while running the ball.  Great Job Broncos. Going to be a great week in Broncoland......
