1. It was a very close game & a Great game by both Teams. I think the difference was at the end of the game with about 3 minutes to go when it was 3rd & 5 from Crosby's 6 yard line & the twin busted a 57 yd. run. Then we just hammered the ball & scored with 13 seconds left. Again Great game by both Teams. On another note I don't think BH will be taking us to the WOODSHED. I think it will be another GREAT game between 2 teams but 1st we have Dayton & ya'll have GCM. I'm pretty sure Dayton will be our focus for the week.

 3. cbear4 I agree with you let these young men figure out who wants it more. Who cares about stats from the previous games, doesn't really matter on Friday night, but I do think Crosby might have the edge with all the weapons they have on Offense. I don't know much about GCM I'm sure they have weapons also. So let's wait & see around 10:00 this Friday. Crosby by 14
 4. Crosby by 14 & Crosby's defense is better than you think.
 5. Hold on bh15 before you say Crosby & Dayton fighting it out for 3rd & 4th. The season is far from over.

You can rush or throw for a 1,000 yards all you want but you can't have 5 turnovers in a game & still expect to win. Crosby has to learn to hold on to the ball & not throw interceptions. It is that simple!!!!!
to be fair both interception are on plays they hadn't ran in game situation previously. one he didn't put enough loft to get the screen over the lb, the other was a medium range play with a safety over top cb on bottom, in both cases those are tought throws. i don't know why we would put a sophmore in that position. seems like a position to fail not a position to succeed.
I see why people call you Goubtalk. Life isn't fair. Soph. or Senior DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER & GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE TO WIN. Now on a second note this Crosby Team can't afford to make mistakes like turning the ball. I see the offense can score around 35 points & the defense gives up around 28 points. So we don't need turnovers VERY SIMPLE.
So lets get this straight? Hay Sophmore this is a new play were gonna run it 15x in practice then where gonna tell you to do it? A Touch pass that takes QB's months to develop, the ability to sink a ball? Perhaps you'd rather the safety hand the ball off every play? If you don't want him to turn the ball over don't run plays that are high risk. Throw screens/Run the ball help the kid out. 10 point lead with the ball why aren't we lining up a heavy set and pounding the ball with #11 Forrest Tyler. Hit the hole and push. I'd much rather trust my line with a one cut back than my Sophmore QB with a touch pass. Also I'm not sure whats going on in your head but reciting lore of ancient football bygones doesn't solve the problem. See a Fan says "We can't turnover the ball", A coach says "we have to minimize the risk of turning over the ball due to our youth" "Life isn't fair. Soph. or Senior DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER & GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE TO WIN." Austin Walter produced more positive plays than negative plays. he had 2 Picks he had a 30+ yard run and a score on the ground. He was asked to throw the ball deeper than he had been all season. guess what he got Picked off. I expect a bunch of short passes and a 6 linemen set for the backs. Also as a disclaimer: I work under the philosophy that Jimmy Johnson once said. Every coach makes 3 bad play calls a game, if a coach is honest with himself he can find them. Thus as an observer should give credence to the fact hindsight is 20/20 i think Coach will definitely have a more capable game plan for his QB. Of Course assuming he plays (he was out at the end of the game).
Ok Goubtalk let's get 2 things straight. If you know so much about this team then you would know that # 11 is Jacoby Scott not Forrest Tyler and that Aston Walter is the QB. Also the the 2nd pick was a 5 yard down & out & the left tackle made the play to stop the return for a touchdown. SO PLEASE DON'T ACT LIKE YOU KNOW THE TEAM OR FOR THAT MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON DURING THE GAME. Also if he has been asked 15x to run the play during practice then he ought to have it down pretty good. They throw the deep pattern everyday at practice at least 15x & have been practicing for 7 weeks now with 2 weeks of 2 a days. I am done with this conversation.

 12. I agree with the Defense comment but the Offense will be to much. 49 - 21 Crosby
 13. Broncoboy your right we did win that game & that season was 2 years ago. All I hear from Bronco fans is what we did in the past 10 years. This is a new year & everybody is starting out fresh. Right now in our district we are all 0-0. As for your comment on you think BH has more of a chance than Crosby. Keep thinking that because that is what we want and OH yeah get off the BH sack.
 14. Dawson has one heck of a team, very big & fast. Great win for Dawson.
Every other year they get new jerseys and it alternates. New Homes this year, Aways next year. After two years of using them, they get ripped up, etc. Not buying the story about all of them getting stolen. Don't some teams let seniors keep their outgoing jersey, if new ones are being ordered?
Believe what you want but I have a son on the Team & that is what he told me Thursday night when jersey's were handed out. Now if you have a more reliable source PLEASE let me know.

 20.
Crosby 28 Montgomery 49 Final Crosby ended up scoring against the twos but the boys held on in the end. Left side of the offensive line is going to need some changes, because Malcom Brown and company will be throwing a party at the QB if they don't fix the issue. The much over hyped left tackle showed the real deal, by getting beat like a step child on every play. Somebody better wake up on the OL coaching staff and make some changes.
I don't think the 2's where in the game until about 5 minutes to go. Which tackle are you talking about the 6'8" kid or the other tackle. Another point is when you have 7 & sometimes 8 in the box it is hard for 5 to block everybody. Also the starting Oline was down 2 starters from last week. So please don't start pointing out flaws with our team because I'm telling you take away the turnovers & Montgomery is walking away with their head down. We will probably see you in the playoffs if you make it because I know we will.
