After watching Novak play this season and some of his college Highlights. We really need to develop Novak. He is like a taller version of Steve Kerr. He has such a accurate quick release, and has the ability to shoot off balance jumpers yet they are still really accurate. Novak only needs to improve on his defense and his strength and he is good to go isn't he? His shooting is too good to be wasted. Also, his style fits Adelman's system perfectly. Adelman's kings never had size and strength. It was all a pass and pass then shoot style offense. Novak is a fast, tall player with a very good shooting stroke, which fits Adelman's system well. Anyone think Novak will finally crack the rotation next year? He is our only consistent and reliable 3 PT shooter.

The Rockets' veteran point guard agreed to return to the team on Wednesday, picking up the player option on the final year of his contract. Francis' plans to return to the Rockets bolsters the team's backcourt heading into next season, giving the team four point guards under contract. The former All-Star can also play the off-guard spot. Francis had his season with the Rockets cut short after undergoing knee surgery in February to repair a torn quadriceps tendon. The team is optimistic that he'll be able to return in time for training camp. Before the 2007-08 season, the guard signed with the Rockets as a free agent in hopes of returning to his All-Star-caliber form in the city where he began his career. Francis played five seasons in Houston before the Rockets traded him to Orlando in 2003. Unfortunately, injuries spoiled his homecoming. Francis appeared in 10 games, averaging 5.5 points and 3.0 assists before being sidelined by the knee injury.

Stay healthy is the key to their success if they want to be good next year.They finnaly found there Power forward we been looking for years in Scola & Landry. They just need another scorer somebody like Mike Miller From the Grizzlies. I dont think Bobby jackson will be back with Francis hopefully taking the backup PG position. They need a backup center, and just more scorers. Luther head hasent really been all that great lately. I think the focus will be more outside shooters in the offseason.
