It will be tough to win at HF, but I think EC will give it everything they have in that game. It is going to be down to the wire and whoever makes the least amount of mistakes takes this one.

Well... The Bucs have a good secondary without Tramain and then you put him back there and he seems like he is every where.

Very good game... Orangefield came out there and looked like they were ready and kind of shocked EC at first. EC then slowly got a 21-0 lead... and even I thought it was done. OF didn't... OF scored and made it 21-7 and then they played some tough ball and cut the lead to 21-14. Then they held EC on 4th down and got another try... But just ran out of time... EC didn't play bad, they just underestimated OF. Good job by both teams.

EC JV 14 OF JV 8 EC scored the go ahead td with 43 seconds and then intercepted a pass to finish off the bobcats. I didn't get to watch it, just listened in from band practice. ;D

I agree, EC really doesn't have that weak of a schedule.. Like I said before, it may not be the toughest schedule but it is not weak!

i didn't say the four 3a's were powerhouses, I just said at least they weren't 1a's. EC could have picked a much easier schedule then what they have now!

A weak schedule? 4 3a teams is considered a weak schedule? I would understand if EC played 4 1A teams and you said it was a weak schedule... sure the 4 teams they scheduled aren't ranked in the top ten, but the schedule they have isn't extremely hard but it is far from weak!

EC scored on their first play of the scrimmage, i believe against galveston o'connel... donte raymond ran up the middle and the bucs offense looked real good. i believe they scored 3 tds against o'connel... then the defense forced a couple of turnovers and didn't allow a td. then fort bend baptist scored 1td on ec and then EC's first offense only played a couple of downs on fort bend and score 1 td.... overall EC looked pretty good...

EC is going to have a very quick defensive line...

I agree, I think every 24AA team grew since last year, so we will see.

EC will have some young talent as well. Junior Donte Raymond and Sophomore Jacoby Carrington. Add that with Vance and Tramain. Thats a pretty well put together team. Should be a great year with Kountze being a young team, and Warren and Hardin coming back strong. Anahuac with a new coach. Looks like a good district.

I think Hardin may sneak into the top 4 spots, competing for a playoff spot.

And usually on homecoming the guys aren't focused. So 35-14, thats pretty good. Should be a great year in 24-AA, can't wait.
