Like to see him improve with the oportunity.
With Chuck Wagon out the Rockets are in trouble. Watched the Portland game the bigs killed us. Of course we were scared to take the ball to the rim and settled for outside shots all game also. Aldrige also worked over Scola pretty good.

Private-public reintergration
BRONX ROX replied to bojonomore's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
WOW WOSgrad :o Dont take it to personal. I hear it every year about Dayton and Coach Stewart. It does seem like we get some move ins every year but if a parent wants to give their child a "better" opportunity then so be it. Ever notice the ones always cryin are the ones who have to find another team to root for come playoffs ;D -

Private-public reintergration
It would ruin Texas HS Football. The Privates would dominate and interest from loyal public HS football fans would wane. The reason that Kelly is not dominant in this area now is because they don't get to play in the UIL playoffs which is the pinnacle of TX HS FB. Thus they are not able to recruit as well like they do in LA, Ohio, Fla, NJ, Cali and others. If you were a top FB player at say WOS or WB, would you rather play in the under publicized private school state title or possibly play in the UIL playoffs? Easy answer, but if Kelly were allowed to play for the same UIL title, then the best area talent would love to play together making the odds of playing for that UIL title much greater. Imagine if the top talent from WOS left for Kelly. What would that do to WOS football and it's fans?
Good post I agree ;D -

It came up 56-52 Daingerfield. There's no chance in heck it would have gone that way...
where do you go to simulate?
The best RB to come through Dayton statistically is Michael Dugat. When Michael graduated he was #5 on the all time list for 4A runningbacks in the state of Texas with over 5000 yards rushing. He is also the only one with a 2000 yard season which came as a sophomore.
Those Dugats seem to keep Dayton football in good standings :D -
A W is a W and Ill take it. I here ya about YAO but they set on the damaged goods to long and wont get nothing in return ;D
MAN THIS COULD GO ON AND ON .IT DEPENDS ON HOW FAR YOU WANT TO GO BACK.DAYTON HAS ALWAYS HAD GOOD RUNNING BACKS.BODINE ROBINSON,ALVIS HARVEY,CRAIG BROWN,TROY BARRETT,ERIC KING,BOBBY BURKS,IVORY DURIO,BARRY PRUITT,BRAD NEAL,DAVID CHAPMAN,LAMAR MITCHELL.IM SURE I LEFT SOME OUT
Durio and Pruitt were as far back as I go watching (remembering) da Bronx and I give the edge to Ivory. I think Ivory had a better o-line and Pearson was the QB who defenses had to game plan for and it opened alot of things up. If I remember right but I have knocked back quite a few cold ones since then so.................... ;D
