Neon...some people won't let it die. Coach Fuller has his reasons, period. I hope all classifications are represented well in the playoffs. And no, WH's respectability does not come down to this matchup with WOS. It has been earned over the course of the year.

I was on the phone with a friend at the game and I could not hear him. Coach Fuller told me this morning it was the loudest he's been in and BS @ WH was pretty loud.

Catfever, real valid point. Classifications do matter for the reason you gave. All five starters and the two main kids off the bench played football. All started and went pretty much the entire game. The day football ends the kids are in the gym. One full practice and they are playing their first game. That has been my biggest concern is the little injuries during the football season popping up in basketball. Hasn't happened so far. Oilers, let's take em one at a time. Tyler, I know you're an aggie, but Austin has to look pretty good right now.

Well, not really, it will be tough. HD is returning slightly more than us, but we lost a couple of guys who will be hard to replace. That said, I think it will be an exciting year in our district.

Mr. Reality, I believe we are returning 7 that started, but there is a lot of experience coming back. Some guys started and others finished. Zach did not start alot on defense, but he did play alot. I am getting older so my mind fails me some, but Tomlinson, Simmons and Letsinger are gone on defense. I might have missed one somewhere.

I really liked the first coach they had. He was undermined from within. I hope he stays around but can't blame him if he leaves. The replacement was horrible.

I will wait until the 3rd version of WH vs BS takes place as well as Kountze vs. EC part 3.

Flopped, Big Sandy is always well prepared and played a good game. HD looked as bad as I have seen them this year. The lack of hustle is what really startled me. BS would get a defensive board and push it up the floor and there would be no defense there. Tuesday should be really good. It could go either way, but the fans will be the real winners here. It will be fun. Mr. Reality, it was great talking with you tonight. Good luck next week in the playoffs.

It is just a personnal opinion in watching the last few years. No indictment of them, just my thought. Sorry if it offends you.

I think HD is the team to beat next year. The key for WH is going to be finding that leader. The kids have looked to Brandon and Zach for so long that someone will have to step up. I think Ethan Tubbs will surprise some at running back. HD should win district if their coach doesn't get in the way of it. What do you think Mr. Reality? And don't be recruiting Sugar all summer.

As I said on another site about this game; HD is getting better and better every game. The difference is late in the game in a hostile environment HD's youth may affect them. It did in the game at WH. With that said, HD will be hard to beat next year. As for this game I say BS 78-63.

My son just called me from San Marcos and said Texas State just beat Rice 3-2.

Also, the little nagging injuries that go along with the end of football season. Ankles, pulled muscles etc...They will heal, but it takes longer when you jump right into another sport.
