Thinking about driving over to Beaumont (from Liberty) to see the game.  Anyone heard if tickets are still available?

As a Liberty fan who regularly trolls this forum (and rarely posts) it's disappointing to see all the hate towards Liberty and it's fans.  I completely understand this angst because there certainly were several knuckle head Liberty fans who spouted huge smack earlier in the year. The fact that Cleveland beat us last night was not a surprise although I have to admit the way in which we lost was surprising (we were up 20-0 in the third quarter for crying out loud!).  Anyway, the district turned out as I expected.  Congrats to Coldspring, Huffman, and Cleveland, I hope you guys go far in the playoffs!

As a Liberty fan who attended tonight's ball game against Cleveland, my impressions of the game are as follows: 1) Liberty was up 20-0 early in the third quarter and Cleveland proceeded to drop 41 points on us in the second half.  Cleveland was the better team. 2) Cleveland has a kick-ass marching band and drill team. 3) There were very few Cleveland fans in the stands (approx. 100) which seemed unusual for a game that determined a playoff berth (30 miles away). Congrats to Cleveland and good luck in the playoffs!
