Yes, Vogt pitched the first 4 innings. Huffman had 7 runs on 5 hits and 4 Crosby errors while she was pitching. Crosby then pitched another girl for 2 innings, who gave up 4 runs on 5 hits.

sounds great to me. I do have a passion for this sport, and both districts are loaded. Unfortunately the 2 districts tangle first round of playoffs. I am real impressed by the teams in the GT area, as well as many other areas. Good luck to your favorite team. See you in May

Thanks for the history lesson. But lets not live in the past. The question was this year. Barbers Hill 7- 0 Nederland . I got my answer. And if you want to live last year, LCM was truly the best in the area, but thats it. Huffman beat every GT team they played last year, and that was 7 victories. I don't recall Barbers Hill losing to anyone in GT area either, plus Crosby did very well also. I know the GT districts are good, but Pollok Central, Huntington district knocked some of your teams out, and Huffman, BH, Crosby took out 3 teams. Kingwood, Humble did well also.

I haven't seen your glass,but I have seen our district best, or at least predicted best, Barbers Hill beat soundly the best district team in your district. Plus a few days back, our projected 3rd-4th place team Crosby did well against your district. I know its early, but I like our chances

The sad thing is our 2 districts have to knock heads in the 1st round of playoffs, while some crappy districts go 2 or 3 rounds. Unreal!

We played Barbers Hill twice last year, 4a Nederland, 4a Dayton twice, 3 if you count scrimmage, 5a Klein Forest, 5a Aldine Nimitz, 4a Crosby twice, 5a Channelview, 4a CE King,4a Athens. Heck 3a Splendora was tougher then all of them. I know other sports weren't ready for 4a, but sir WE ARE!!!
